An arranging conveyor system has outlet conveyors in a plurality of lines, intermediate conveyors in the plurality of lines, and transferring/discharging conveyors in the plurality of lines. When a discharging interval has not passed from a previous discharging action and a predetermined clog condition in a specific line is fulfilled, a conveyed object which is present in the specific line at a stop position on the transferring/discharging conveyor is discharged outside of the arranging conveyor system.

Method for arranging and delivering conveyed objects

A rounding device for rounding food dough is provided with a conveyance device () which conveys the food dough () and a pair of forming plates (), which, on the upper face of the conveyance device (), are arranged so as to extend along the conveyance direction (R) of the conveyance device (). The forming plates () at least opposed sloped surfaces (B,B). The sloped surfaces are tilted outward from the lower side to the upper side so that the gap between the sloped surfaces is narrow on the lower side and wide on the upper side. The rounding device rounds the food dough using the sloped surfaces (B,B) of the pair of the forming plates (). The pair of the forming plates () has longitudinal components which move longitudinal relative to each other in the opposite directions, and the pair of forming plates () also has a lateral component which move relative to each other in the width direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction so as to approach and separate from each other. The pair of forming palates () can move along a movement path in which the distance of movement according to longitudinal components is greater that the distance of movement according to the lateral component.

Forming machines and methods for forming a croissant dough piece in which the lateral end sides can be bent to form and join them, while they contact the upper surface of a transporting conveyor, are provided. While the long and large food dough is being transferred to a downstream conveyor () provided adjacent to a weighing conveyor (), the long and the large food dough is cut by a cutting device () provided between the weighing conveyor () and the downstream conveyor () at a timing when a weight of the long and large food dough measured in advance on the weighing conveyor () is reduced by a given weight. In this method, with one side portion of the long and large food dough held by a dough holding member () provided between the weighing conveyor () and the downstream conveyor () to be reciprocable in directions to contact and separate from the long and large food dough, the long and large food dough is cut from another side portion of the long and large food dough by a cutting blade () provided opposed to this dough holding member ().
