A thermal barrier-coated Ni alloy component includes: a substrate made of a Ni alloy containing Al; an intermediate layer formed on a surface of the substrate; and a thermal barrier layer made of a ceramic and formed on a surface of the intermediate layer. The intermediate layer includes a &#x3b3;' layer, which is formed from a &#x3b3;&#x2032;-NiAl phase on the surface on the thermal barrier layer side, and contains Pt.

Thermal barrier-coated Ni alloy component and manufacturing method thereof

The method of forming an oxidation resistant coating layer is for forming an oxidation resistant coating layer containing aluminum on a surface layer of a member (A) formed of metallic material. The method includes a plating treatment step (S) of plating aluminum on a surface of the member (A) in a solvent, and a heat treatment step (S) of heat-treating the member (A) whose surface has been plated by the plating treatment step (S).
