A multilayer ceramic capacitor includes a multilayer body including dielectric layers and internal electrodes alternately laminated therein, and two end surfaces opposing each other in a length direction, and two side surfaces opposing each other in a width direction, and two external electrodes respectively on the two end surfaces of the multilayer body. At least one of two opposed main surfaces of the multilayer ceramic capacitor includes raised portions provided respectively on one side and another side with a middle portion of the main surface interposed therebetween. The raised portions are each raised to become thicker in the lamination direction from the middle portion toward an outer periphery of the main surface.

A filter includes a body and first and second filters with pass bands different from each other. In the body, an inductor of the first filter is in a first range, and an inductor of the second filter is in a second range. The inductor in the first filter is a vertical coil including a plate electrode and a via extending in a normal direction of the body. In the second filter, the inductor facing the first range is a planar coil with a winding axis in the normal direction of the body. As seen in plan view in the normal direction of the body, an imaginary line from an extending-direction center of the plate electrode of the first filter in a direction perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to the extending direction does not intersect with the inductor of the second filter.

Filter device and high-frequency front end circuit having same mounted thereon

In a resonant device, a first via electrode and a second via electrode connect a first plane electrode and a third plane electrode. A third via electrode and a fourth via electrode connect the first plane electrode and a second plane electrode. When the first plane electrode is seen in plan view in a normal direction of the first plane electrode, a first imaginary line connecting the first via electrode and the second via electrode intersects with a second imaginary line connecting the third via electrode and the fourth via electrode.

Resonant device, filter, and module

In a resonant device, a third plane electrode is located between a first plane electrode and a second plane electrode. A first via electrode connects the first plane electrode and the third plane electrode. A second via electrode, a third via electrode, and a fourth via electrode connect the first plane electrode and the second plane electrode. When the third plane electrode is seen in plan view in a normal direction of the first plane electrode, the third plane electrode includes a first projecting portion overlapping with a first area between the second via electrode and the third via electrode, and a second projecting portion overlapping with a second area between the third via electrode and the fourth via electrode.

An inductor component that includes a core that includes a substantially column-shaped shaft part and a pair of support parts at both ends of the shaft part; terminal electrodes that are respectively provided on the pair of support parts; and a wire that is wound around the shaft part and has end portions that are respectively connected to the terminal electrodes on the pair of support parts. The inductor component exhibits an impedance value of 2100Ω or higher for an input signal having a frequency of 500 MHz.

Inductor component

A wire-wound inductor component includes a core having a columnar shaft portion, first and second support portions provided on first and second end portions of the shaft portion, first and second terminal electrodes provided on the respective support portions, a wire wound around the shaft portion, and a cover member covering an upper surface of the shaft portion. In a height direction of the core, a distance between an upper surface and a top surface of the support portions is a top surface step, and a distance between a lower surface of the shaft portion and a bottom surface of the support portions is a bottom surface step. The top surface step is smaller than the bottom surface step and larger than a wire diameter, and a distance between the upper surface and an uppermost surface of the wire is larger than half of the top surface step.

A multilayer ceramic capacitor has a relationship of about 10&#xb0;&#x2264;&#x3b8;&#x2264;about 50&#xb0; and a relationship of about 10&#xb0;&#x2264;&#x3b8;&#x2264;about 50&#xb0;, where &#x3b8;denotes an angle between a first end surface and a perpendicular extending from a side of a first main surface at a point of intersection of the first main surface and the first end surface, and &#x3b8;denotes an angle between a second end surface and a perpendicular extending from a side of the first main surface at a point of intersection of the first main surface and the second end surface.

Multilayer ceramic electronic component and mount structure for multilayer ceramic electronic component

An inductor component includes a core including a substantially column-shaped shaft and a pair of supports provided at both ends of the shaft; terminal electrodes provided on the supports; a wire wound around the shaft and including end portions connected to the terminal electrodes; and a bottom cover member that covers a boundary portion between the shaft and one of the supports at a bottom of the shaft. The wire is exposed at a side of the shaft.

A multilayer ceramic capacitor includes a multilayer body including dielectric layers and first and second inner electrodes that are laminated, and first and second outer electrodes. Each of the first inner electrodes includes a first opposing electrode portion and a first extending electrode portion. The first extending electrode portions at least positioned in a vicinity of the first and second principal surfaces in a lamination direction among the first inner electrodes include a first bent portion bent inward and a second bent portion bent outward in the lamination direction. A distance between vertices of the first and second bent portions in the lamination direction in the first inner electrodes positioned in the vicinity of the first and second principal surface in a lamination direction is larger than a distance in the first inner electrodes positioned in a central portion in the lamination direction.

Multilayer ceramic capacitor

A winding inductor component includes a core having a columnar shaft portion and a pair of support portions provided at both ends of the shaft portion. The wiring inductor component further includes terminal electrodes provided on the pair of support portions, respectively, and being non-magnetic bodies, and a wire wound around the shaft portion and having both end portions connected to the terminal electrodes of the pair of support portions.

Winding inductor component

The wire wound inductor component includes a core including a columnar shaft portion extending in a first direction and first and second support portions at both end portions of the shaft portion, first and second terminal electrodes provided respectively on the first and second support portions, and a wire wound around the shaft portion. A distance between an upper surface of the shaft portion and a top surface of the first and second support portions in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction is defined as a top surface step, and a distance between a lower surface of the shaft portion and a bottom surface of the first and second support portions in the second direction is defined as a bottom surface step. The top and bottom surface steps are identical with each other, and the top and bottom surface steps are less than or equal to 50 &#x3bc;m.

Wire wound inductor component

A diplexer includes a common terminal, first and second terminals, and first and second filters which are electrically connected to the common terminal. The first filter passes a high frequency signal in a first frequency band. The second filter passes a high frequency signal in a second frequency band higher than the first frequency band. Each filter includes an inductor and a capacitor in a dielectric substrate. The first filter includes a first inductor with one end electrically connected to the common terminal, and a first capacitor electrically connected between another end of the first inductor and a ground. An inductance of the first inductor is smaller than an inductance of another inductor included in the first filter. A frequency of an attenuation pole defined by the first inductor and the first capacitor is higher than a frequency of the second frequency band.

Filter device

An inductor component comprises a core including a substantially column-shaped shaft and a support formed on an end portion of the shaft, and a terminal electrode formed on the support. The terminal electrode includes a side electrode section on a side face of the support and an end electrode section on an end face of the support. An end portion of the end electrode section adjacent to the side face is higher than an end portion of the side electrode section adjacent to the end face.

A diplexer includes dielectric layers stacked in a lamination direction. The diplexer includes a reference surface extending in a direction orthogonal or substantially orthogonal to the lamination direction, a common terminal on the reference surface, a high-pass circuit including a capacitor, a low-pass circuit including an inductor, a common line connecting the common terminal and a branch portion, a first via connecting the branch portion and the capacitor in the high-pass circuit, and a second via connecting the branch portion and the inductor in the low-pass circuit. The first via extends along the lamination direction from a first layer where the branch portion is located to a second layer where the capacitor in the high-pass circuit is located.
