The photodynamic therapy device includes the irradiation unit that includes a light source and irradiates the blood in the blood tube with light, and the circuit cooling block that cools the blood in the blood tube. The circuit cooling block is connected to the pump that circulates cooling water in the circuit cooling block, the reservoir tank, and the cooling unit that cools water by the water flow path for flowing the cooling water.
