Brake disc for motorcycles

An attachment structure for a resin part of a motorcycle includes an attaching portion with a nut provided on a side of a vehicle main body, a resin part having an attached portion with a bolt insertion hole, and a shoulder bolt for attaching the attached portion to the attaching portion with the nut. The shoulder bolt has a threaded shaft portion, a washer, a head portion, and a large diameter portion arranged between the washer and the threaded shaft portion, the large diameter portion being thicker than the threaded shaft portion and thinner than the washer. A thin guide piece protruding toward a radially inner side for regulating radial movement of the shoulder bolt within a predetermined range is integrally formed on an inner circumferential surface of the bolt insertion hole. The guide piece is configured to be deformed by the large diameter portion of the shoulder bolt.

Attachment structure for resin part of motorcycle

A frame of a motorcycle includes a head pipe configured to support a steering shaft, a first frame configured to extend from the head pipe, through above and rearward of an engine, and to rearward of a vehicle body, a second frame that is located under the first frame and configured to extend from the head pipe, through forward and downward of the engine, and to rearward of the vehicle body, a bracket by which a first component is mounted to the second frame, and a coupling member that is mounted to the second frame to couple a second component to the second frame, and the bracket is integral with the coupling member. An engine bracket of a motorcycle is manufactured by forging such that a region subjected to tensile stress is made thicker than a region in the vicinity of the region which is subjected to the tensile stress.

A body frame of a two-wheeled vehicle. The body frame typically includes a head pipe to which a steering shaft extending substantially vertically is rotatably mounted. The head pipe includes an upper head pipe and a lower head pipe that are configured to be molded and to be coupled to each other. The upper head pipe includes an upper tubular portion into which the steering shaft is inserted and a main frame tongue portion that is configured to extend rearward from the upper tubular portion and is configured to support a front portion of the main frame from above. The lower head pipe includes a lower tubular portion into which the steering shaft is inserted and a down tube tongue portion that is configured to extend downward from the lower tubular portion and to support an upper portion of the down tube from forward.
