A bus bar extended end portion of a bus bar that projects from a main body of a bus bar module and a coil conductor extended end portion extend in the same direction, and are disposed adjacent to each other. The respective distal ends of the coil conductor extended end portion and the bus bar extended end portion are welded to each other. The coil conductor extended end portion and the bus bar extended end portion are also fixed to each other at a position away from the weld.

Stator for rotary electric machine

This bus bar module () is created by integrally forming at least one coil bus bar with a power line bus bar by means of resin molding, said coil bus bar for connecting conductive coil wires together, and said power line bus bar for connecting the conductive coil wires with a power line. The power line bus bar () is supported on a support portion () that extends from a bus bar module main body (). The power line bus bar penetrates through a beam () of the support portion. The portion of the power line bus bar embedded inside the beam () has characteristically shaped portions () extending in the width direction of this bus bar.

Bus bar module of rotating electric machine

A stator includes a core fixed to a case of a rotary electric machine, and a plurality of winding wire coils that are wound on the core and that form a coil end protruded in the axial direction of the core. The two winding wire coils have a first and second conducting wires that are exposed in a distal end of each of the two coils. The stator includes: a joint in which the first and second wires are joined together at the coil end and in which proximal portions of the two coils approach each other with an acute angle therebetween so that the first and second wires lie on each other; and an insulating coat formed to enclose the joint with an insulating material that is coated entirely over peripheries of the two coils in their circumferential directions while filling a space across which the proximal portions form the acute angle. A rotary electric machine includes the stator, the case and a rotor.

Stator and rotary electric machine

A stator for an electric rotating machine includes a stator core which has a plurality of slots and a stator winding which is provided at the stator core. The stator winding has a plurality of conductor segments each of which includes an inner conducting body accommodated in the slot of the stator core and coil ends exposed from the slot, and weld portions which are connected with each other by welding the conductor segments at at least one of the coil ends. The weld portions are annularly disposed with an interval therebetween. The weld portions are coated with an insulating resin material. The resin material is formed of a plurality of layered insulating films.

Stator for electric rotating machine and manufacturing method of the same

A stator includes a stator coil that is formed of a plurality of electric wires each being comprised of an electric conductor having a substantially rectangular cross section and an insulating coat covering the electric conductor. The electric wires include a pair of first and second electric wires each having an end portion where the electric conductor is not covered by the insulating coat. Each of the end portions of the two electric wires includes a joined part at a distal end thereof; the joined parts of the end portions are joined together. At least one of the first and second electric wires has a bent part that is bent only once and adjoins the joined part of the end portion of the electric wire. The end portion of the at least one of the first and second electric wires includes at least part of the bent part.

Stator for electric rotating machine

First and second motors have structures different from each other. A control device estimates a first magnet temperature of the first motor and a second magnet temperature of the second motor and controls a drive unit based on the first and second magnet temperatures. The control device estimates the first magnet temperature using a first parameter (the temperature of cooling oil of the first and second motors) and estimates the second magnet temperature using the temperature of the stator of the second motor. Since an appropriate parameter is selected from among a plurality of parameters concerning the state of the first and second motors, the first and second magnet temperatures can be estimated more accurately.

A stator position adjustment method for a motor drive device that includes a motor case, a rotor shaft supported by the motor case in order to rotate a rotor inside the motor case, and a stator disposed at an outer circumference of the rotor concentrically with the rotor and having a configuration in which the stator is tightened and secured to the motor case by a tightening unit that tightens the stator along a rotor axis. The method includes the steps of setting a first tolerance range as a maximum tolerance range of a stator axis in which a first gap is formed between an outer circumference surface of the stator and an inner circumference surface of the motor case; measuring a position of the stator axis; and adjusting the position of the stator axis within the first tolerance range based on a measured position of the stator axis.

Stator position adjustment method, motor drive device and stator position adjustment system

The temperature detector comprises a thermistor embedded in varnish, a connector, a lead wire connecting the thermistor and the connector to each other, and a transfer suppressing portion provided between the thermistor and the connector and suppressing the movement of the varnish on the surface of the lead wire. The suppressing portion comprises a protection tube surrounding the lead wire and a grommet filled in a space inside the protection tube.

A multi-cylinder type injection molding apparatus comprises a shifting table that can be moved toward a fixed head supporting a mold and having a plurality of sprues. The apparatus includes a plurality of injection cylinders mounted on the shifting table that can be moved to a direction orthogonal to the moving direction of the shifting table by a ball screw mechanism, a servo motor, and a numerical control to align the nozzle portions of the injection cylinders with the sprues. The apparatus also includes a mechanism for injecting molten molding material from the injection cylinders into the sprues. In one embodiment of the apparatus, the injecting conditions of each injection cylinder is controlled independently.
