In a solar cell module and a manufacturing method thereof according to an embodiment of the present invention, a solar cell () composed of a transparent electrode film, a photoelectric conversion layer and a back face electrode film is laminated on a light-transmitting insulating substrate (). On the back face electrode film of the solar cell (), an insulated lead wire () and a back film () having an opening () for drawing out an output lead portion () of the lead wire () are sequentially laminated. In such a solar cell module, an insulating sheet () is disposed between the back face electrode film of the solar cell () and the back film () so as to completely cover the opening () of the back film (). The insulating sheet () is disposed so as to cover the entire perimeter of the edge of the opening () of the back film ().

Solar cell module and manufacturing method thereof

A solar battery panel inspection apparatus is an apparatus for inspecting a solar battery panel including a transparent insulating substrate having a main surface, and a transparent electrode layer, a semiconductor photoelectric conversion layer and a back electrode layer which are sequentially stacked and having an outer circumferential insulating region in which the main surface is exposed, to check the insulation performance of the outer circumferential insulating region. According to one embodiment, a terminal box includes a box case placed on and fixed to a back film of a solar cell string and a terminal panel formed on the box case. The box case includes a case main body placed on and fixed to the back film of the solar cell string and a terminal panel fixing portion for placing and fixing the terminal panel above the case main body. An opening for passing an output lead wire through the terminal panel is formed continuously from the bottom face of the case main body to the top face of the terminal panel. One edge of the terminal panel is provided so as to protrude from the terminal panel fixing portion such that the tip of the output lead wire can be bent and latched on.

Terminal box and solar cell module

A plurality of photoelectric conversion elements delimited by connection line regions and isolation line regions are provided on a glass substrate having an external profile of a right triangle. A connection line region is configured to connect photoelectric conversion elements in series. An isolation line region is configured to electrically isolate adjacent photoelectric conversion elements and to separate (divide) photoelectric conversion elements by a predetermined area. A connection line region is orthogonal to an isolation line region. The external profile of a photoelectric conversion elements represents a rectangle. An external interconnection to electrically connect photoelectric conversion elements is formed at an outer circumferential region of the glass substrate at the side outer to the region where photoelectric conversion elements are formed. Thus, there can be obtained an integrated type solar cell allowing connection between photoelectric conversion elements without difficulty and of efficient photoelectric conversion property.

Plasma CVD apparatus, and method for forming film and method for forming semiconductor device using the same

The invention provides deodorant rayon fibers having a superior deodorization performance. The deodorant rayon fibers are produced by implanting a large quantity of fine grains produced by milling white charcoal in a matrix of the rayon fiber. After adding and mixing a water dispersion which disperses the large quantity of fine grains into viscose solutin, and then spinning, thereby the deodorant rayon fibers are produced. The fine grains obtained by milling the white charcoal do not form spheres with smooth surfaces, but their configurations are irregular with projections. As a result, even when they are implanted in the matrix of the rayon fiber, the projections tend to be exposed on the surfaces of the rayon fibers. The exposed fine grains adsorb odor gases into themselves, thereby their superior deodoization performance is performed.

Deodorant rayon fibers and method for producing the same

In producing a coreless toilet paper roll, a shaft is placed near an end portion of paper, and an adhesive is applied to either one of two sides of the paper relative to the shaft without providing to the shaft. The end of the paper is turned onto the other side over the shaft and is glued to the other side so that the end portion of the paper is fixed to the shaft. Thereafter, the shaft and the paper fixed at one end to the shaft are held among two take-up rollers and a pressure roller, and are rotated to wind the paper on the shaft. After winding the paper on the shaft, the shaft is removed from the roll and the paper is cut. The cutting of the paper and gluing the paper for the next rolling may be made at the same time.
