A connector structure includes a first connector housing, a second connector housing accommodating the first connector housing, and a cover which restricts a leading-out direction of a wire led out from the first connector housing. The first connector housing, the second connector housing, and the cover are integrally assembled. The cover includes a cover flange, a cover hood formed on a side in the cover flange, a cover arm protruding from a side opposite to the cover hood in the cover flange, and a cover projection protruding from the side opposite to the cover hood in the cover flange and facing part of the cover arm.

Connector structure

A wire cover includes a hood top surface, a first hood side surface and a second hood side surface. A hood side notched groove is formed in the first hood side surface so as to be notched from a tip edge toward a base end of the first hood side surface while leaving the base end. A hood side deficient portion is formed in the second hood side surface. The hood side deficient portion is deficient extending from a tip edge to a base end of the second hood side surface. A hood top surface deficient portion is formed in the hood top surface and is partially deficient of the hood top surface positioned near the second hood side surface. The hood top surface deficient portion is adjacent to the hood side deficient portion.

Wire cover for connector

A connector includes a connector housing, an inner plate that supports a terminal connected to a one end portion of an electric wire and that is accommodated in an inside of the connector housing, and filler material that fills the inside of the connector housing which has accommodated the inner plate and that is then hardened so as to cover a connection part of the electric wire and the terminal. The filler material adheres to a first portion within an inner surface of the connector housing and to an outer surface of the inner plate. A release layer is provided between a second portion within the inner surface of the connector housing and an outer surface of the filler material opposite to the second portion.

Connector and injection method for filler material

A connector unit has a male connector that includes a cylindrical proximal portion in which a female terminal is accommodated, and a female connector that includes a tubular proximal portion in which a male terminal is held. The cylindrical proximal portion has a cylinder side marking portion including a flat surface formed on a part of an outer circumferential surface thereof, and a cylinder side rotation restricting portion including a groove portion or a projecting portion formed on the outer circumferential surface thereof. The tubular proximal portion has a tube side marking portion including a flat surface formed on an inner surface circumferential surface of the tubular proximal portion, and a tube side rotation restricting portion including a projecting portion projected from the inner circumferential surface or a groove portion formed in the inner circumferential surface.

Connector unit

A first connector housing of a first connector includes a fitting concave having an inner wall portion extended in a fitting direction X and formed in substantially a circular shape, and the inner wall portion has a first step portion extended perpendicular to the fitting direction X and projected inward. A second connector housing of a second connector includes a fitting convex having an outer wall portion extended in the fitting direction X and formed in substantially a columnar shape, and the outer wall portion has a second step portion indented inward corresponding to the first step portion. A spacer is projected from at least two positions of a part of the outer wall portion and the second step portion in a temporary locking position, and is sunken in the outer wall portion or arranged in the same plane as the outer wall portion in a regular locking position.

When a male terminal connector () and a female terminal connector () are engaged with each other, projecting inclined faces () and partition wall inclined faces () which are opposed to each other are brought into contact or made opposed to each other, and, fitting projections () insert into fitting recesses () in such a manner that the fitting projections () and the fitting recesses () are held with gaps between them.

Terminal aligning connector unit

A connector includes an inner plate including cavities for holding terminals connected to electric wires, a cylindrical housing which accommodates therein the inner plate, and a filling material which is filled in an interior of the housing so as to surround a periphery of the inner plate. A plurality of air bleeding holes are formed in a portion of the inner plate other than portions where the cavities are provided so as to penetrate from a front side to a back side thereof.

Connector

According to the present invention, an upper body which is relatively light in weight is connected to a lower body which contains a paper conveying path and a transfer portion disposed in the paper conveying path, and support portions formed in the lower body are brought into abutment with an image forming portion comprising an image carrier unit and a developing unit, the image carrier unit having an image carrier, and in this state the image forming portion is fixed by a retaining device.

Image forming apparatus

A sheet feeding device for a business machine includes a cassette and a cassette receiving station which cooperate to move sheets in the cassette toward a sheet feed roll after the cassette has been fully inserted and which also cooperate to move sheets in the cassette away from the sheet feed roll immediately before the cassette is withdrawn. Two projections extend from opposite sidewalls of the cassette and cooperate with grooves in the receiving station for facilitating cassette insertion and removal and for locking the cassette in place. Sheets in the cassette rest on top of a pressure plate. A pressure arm in the receiving station moves in an opening in the bottom of the cassette below the pressure plate to move the latter, thereby raising or lowering the sheets. A lug formed on the cassette engages an operating arm for the pressure arm upon insertion of the cassette.
