A powder transfer mechanism laminates powder layers containing water-soluble powder as a main component one by one at a modeling portion. An inkjet line head injects a water-based ink that dissolves the powder in an area of an uppermost layer of the powder layers laminated by the powder transfer mechanism, the area corresponding to a cross-sectional shape of a modeled object. Then, a heater heats the powder for each layer of the powder layers. Further, the heater heats the powder after the water-based ink is injected by the inkjet line head or before the water-based ink is injected by the inkjet line head. The present invention can be applied to a modeling apparatus, for example.

The present invention provides a core particle for a pharmaceutical preparation which features the requisite properties of a core particle, and which has enough chemical stability, and in which reactivity with the drug (an active pharmaceutical ingredient) is limited or prevented. More specifically, the present invention relates to a core particle wherein a film containing an active pharmaceutical ingredient can be formed on the surface thereof, and (1) the core particle comprises a pharmaceutically acceptable inorganic material, (2) the inorganic material is poorly soluble in water, and (3) pH of a solution of the inorganic material is 5 to 8.

A method for manufacturing a mold, including steps of (a) expanding a powder mixture containing a water-soluble inorganic salt powder and a water-soluble organic polymer powder in a plane on a table and then selectively spraying a spray liquid containing at least one selected from a water-miscible organic solvent and water through a nozzle on this powder mixture layer to make a bonding strength among particles of the powder mixture in a sprayed region higher than that among particles of the powder mixture in an unsprayed region, (b) further expanding the powder mixture on the powder mixture layer after spraying and then selectively spraying the spray liquid through the nozzle on this powder mixture layer, (c) repeatedly conducting the step (b) over several times to form a mold shaped by the sprayed regions, and (d) taking out the mold.
