Provided is a rotary blade engine including: an outer cylinder; an inner cylinder; an output shaft; an operation chamber; and a blade, wherein the inner cylinder is provided inside the outer cylinder, and rotates about a second center axis as a center of rotation, the second center axis being provided at a position eccentric from a first center axis of an inner peripheral surface of the outer cylinder; the output shaft is inserted into the inner cylinder, and rotates about the first center axis as a center of rotation; the operation chamber is formed between the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder; and the blade is fixed to the output shaft, rotates together with the output shaft, and defines the operation chamber by floatably penetrating the inner cylinder from an inside of the inner cylinder and slidably contacting the inner peripheral surface of the outer cylinder.

Rotary blade engine

A flexible channel to be incorporated into an endoscopic insertion portion having a flexible portion at least in part of its length, for the purpose of providing a flexible passage internally of the endoscopic insertion portion. The flexible channel is composed of a flexible tube with a helical groove on and around its outer periphery, and a reinforcing coil fitted in the helical groove on the flexible tube. At the root of the helical groove, angular projections are formed at intervals in the longitudinal direction and the reinforcing coil is tightly pressed tightly against the angular projections.

Flexible channel for use on endoscope

The present invention provides a liquid crystal display device which can be used in a miniaturized portable equipment, wherein the liquid crystal display device integrally incorporates a drive circuit therein so that a circuit scale can be miniaturized. A liquid crystal drive circuit includes a first drive circuit and a second drive circuit which is mounted on one side of the liquid crystal display panel. One output of the first drive circuit is connected to a plurality of signal lines and the second drive circuit supplies signals to the first drive circuit. The liquid crystal display panel includes holding capacitive elements and signals are supplied to the holding capacitive elements from the second drive circuit. The second drive circuit includes a booster circuit for supplying signals to the first drive circuit and the holding capacitive elements.

Liquid crystal display device having drive circuit

The present invention realizes a liquid crystal display device which can be driven with a low voltage while preventing the degradation of liquid crystal by reducing a residual charge of a pixel electrode even when a drive circuit is abnormally stopped. As a field effect transistor which is formed on a pixel, a field effect transistor in a depletion mode which is turned on in a state that an OFF signal is not applied to a gate terminal of the transistor is used. A substrate voltage supply line which supplies a substrate voltage to pixel regions is provided, and the substrate voltage is supplied via a through hole formed in the pixel portion thus controlling an optimum threshold value in response to an input signal. Wiring is made in a peripheral portion of a display region such that video signal lines and the substrate voltage supply line intersect each other.

Liquid crystal display device

A liquid crystal display device has a semiconductor integrated circuit capable of outputting a voltage equal to or higher than the source-drain withstand voltage of a component transistor. A switching circuit has first conducting-type first and second transistors connected in series between a first input terminal and a common output terminal and second conducting-type third and fourth transistors connected between a second input terminal and the common output terminal and a switching control circuit for controlling the switching circuit. The switching control circuit applies first and second bias voltages for turning on the second and fourth transistors to the gate electrodes of the second and fourth transistors, and applies a control voltage for selectively turning on/off the first or third transistor to the gate electrodes of the first and third transistors.

A liquid crystal display device constituted by a liquid crystal display element and at least a single piece of semiconductor integrated circuit device and having image signal line driving means for supplying grayscale voltages in correspondence with display data to respective image signal lines of the liquid crystal display element the semiconductor integrated circuit device includes a plurality of grayscales voltage selecting means for selecting grayscale voltages in correspondence with display data inputted from a plurality of grayscale voltages, a plurality of amplifiers for amplifying the grayscale voltages selected by the respective grayscale voltage selecting means and outputting the grayscale voltages to respective image signal lines and a precharge control circuit provided between the respective grayscale voltage selecting means and the respective amplifiers.

Liquid crystal display device having high speed driver

A liquid crystal display device including a liquid crystal panel having a plurality of pixels, a driving circuit applying a video signal voltage to each of the pixels in accordance with display data. The driving circuit has a first circuit, a second circuit, and a switching circuit which connects an output terminal of the first circuit with an input terminal of the second circuit. The first circuit outputs a first voltage and a second voltage in accordance with first display data, and outputs the second voltage and a third voltage in accordance with second display data. The second voltage is lower than the first voltage, and the third voltage is lower than the second voltage.

Liquid crystal display device having a slim driver chip

A liquid crystal display device is capable of generating gradation voltages for multilevel gradation, such as 256-level gradation, without increasing the chip size of video signal line driving means. A liquid crystal display device whose architrave area is reduced by reducing a distance between input and output terminals of each tape carrier package for supplying driving voltages to the liquid crystal display device is provided. The liquid crystal display device to which the present invention is applied comprises a liquid crystal display panel, a plurality of tape carrier packages provided around the liquid crystal display panel and a circuit board connected to each tape carrier package. Each tape carrier package comprises a semiconductor chip having a plurality of input terminals and a plurality of output terminals and a film having an opening at the middle thereof and provided, at the opening thereof, with a plurality of input side wires to be connected to the plurality of input terminals of the semiconductor chip and a plurality of output side wires to be connected to the plurality of output terminals of the semiconductor chip. A distance between the input terminals and the output terminals is reduced by disposing a plurality of kinds of functional element blocks within the semiconductor chip so that a part is created through which an imaging data signal input from the input terminal flows in the opposite direction from the direction in which the liquid crystal display device is disposed.
