The present invention is directed to a leakage oil detection device for detecting leakage oil in an oil filled apparatus including: a light source configured to irradiate the apparatus; an imaging device configured to capture an image of the apparatus; a control device configured to control operations of the light source and the imaging device; a storage device configured to store a captured image; an image processing device configured to process the stored image; and a display device configured to display a processing result. The light source and the imaging device are arranged to capture specular reflection light from a surface of the apparatus as a target object. The image processing device recognizes a brightest portion and an adjacent dark portion on the image as leakage oil adhesion portions when a three-layer structure of luminance having bright portions having different luminances and a dark portion is observed in the image.

Leakage oil detection device and leakage oil detection method

Provided is an oil leakage detection apparatus by which oil leakage detection is performed even for colorless oil with high detection accuracy and without complicating the apparatus. The oil leakage detection apparatus of the invention includes a distance measurement unit configured to measure a distance to the oil-input machine, an ultraviolet light source configured to irradiate the oil-input machine with ultraviolet light, a color imaging unit configured to capture an image of the oil-input machine irradiated with ultraviolet light, an image processing unit configured to diagnose oil leakage of the oil-input machine based on the distance measured by the distance measurement unit and the captured image of the color imaging unit, and a display unit configured to display a processed image processed by the image processing unit. Further, an oil leakage detection method of the invention includes measuring a distance from an oil-input machine, irradiating the oil-input device with ultraviolet light, capturing an image of the oil-input machine irradiated with ultraviolet light, diagnosing oil leakage of the oil-input machine based on the measured distance and the captured image, and displaying a processed image after the diagnosis processing.

The present invention is to improve a performance of a transformer having wound iron cores. The transformer having the wound iron cores which have multi-layer band-shape magnetic material, and a coil wound to pass through an inner circumference of the wound iron core, includes a wound iron core holding member that is a member longer than a width of the wound iron core for supporting an upper inner portion of the wound iron core, a coil holding member for supporting a lower outer portion of the coil, a first support structure including an upper beam arranged on an outer circumference of the wound iron core to support the wound iron core holding member, and a lower beam arranged on an outer circumference of the coil to support the coil holding member, and a second support structure including a pair of outer plates arranged on an inner portion of the upper frame and connected to a connection member that is longer than a width obtained by adding a diameter of the wound iron core and a diameter of the coil, and a wound iron core protection structure that is longer than a width of the wound iron core, for covering a portion where the outer circumference of the coil and an inner portion of the wound iron core face each other, and being connected to the outer plates.

The invention is directed to a stationary induction electric device that can reduce loss. To this end, the stationary induction electric device is provided with a first iron core block erected and formed in an annular shape, a second iron core block configured to surround the outer periphery of the first iron core block, a winding wound around the first and the second iron core blocks, a first support plate supporting the upper portion of the first iron core block from below, and a second support plate supporting the upper portion of the second iron core block from below, and a curvature radius of a curved portion appearing on the outer periphery of the lower portion of the second iron core block is made larger than a curvature radius of a curved portion appearing on the outer periphery of the upper portion of the second iron core block.

To provide a safe stationary induction electrical apparatus that prevents a fragment coming off a magnetic shield, wound around an iron core leg portion of the stationary induction electrical apparatus, due to vibrations from being released in a tank accommodating the stationary induction electrical apparatus and thus prevents a trouble such as dielectric breakdown. Moreover, to provide a stationary induction electrical apparatus that does not need to be changed in the dimensions of an iron core for securing an insulation distance due to the placement of a magnetic shield and can reduce a compressive force generated in a winding. A magnetic material is provided in the interiors of insulating members whose interiors are hollow and which are provided in the vicinities of upper and lower ends of the winding wound around the iron core leg portion of the stationary induction electrical apparatus.

A stationary induction electric apparatus includes an iron core having legs of core and yokes of core; windings wound around the legs of core; coolant for cooling the windings; a cylindrical insulation structure that forms a flow of the coolant around the windings; baffle members alternately provided on the inner wall side and the outer wall side of the cylindrical insulation structure; and adjustment members for constricting the flow of the coolant. The adjustment members are provided on the same side of the respective baffle members and on the respective baffle members.

Stationary induction electric apparatus

An object of this invention is to sense a transient displacement of the blade position to thereby detect abnormalities early. The invention includes: one or more first sensors mounted so as to be removable from an outer surface of a casing opposed to blade tips; a second sensor for acquiring a signal from a fixed point on a rotor shaft of the blades; a section configured to extract data groups from an output signal of the first sensor on the basis of information acquired by the second sensor; a section configured to average the data groups; a section configured to determine thresholds from averaged data obtained under a healthy condition; and an assessing section configured to compare magnitude of the thresholds and sensor signals obtained during blade status monitoring. Since a transient displacement of blade position can be sensed, abnormalities can be detected early in this invention. This early detection, in turn, enables a rotation to be stopped during an initial phase of blade damage. The invention is therefore advantageous in minimizing impacts on other devices.

Method and device for monitoring status of turbine blades

Provided is an eddy current inspection device, an eddy current inspection probe and an eddy current inspection method that make it possible to detect defects existing in deeper parts of test objects. Three or more odd number of excitation coils are arranged at even intervals in a circumferential direction on a postulated circumference. Excitation currents applied to the excitation coils are controlled so that the phase difference between excitation currents applied to adjacent ones of the excitation coils arranged in the circumferential direction on the postulated circumference equals one cycle divided by the number of excitation coils. A magnetic field generated according to an eddy current occurring in the test object due to a magnetic field caused by the application of the excitation currents to the excitation coils is detected by use of a detector arranged on a postulated plane containing the postulated circumference but inside the postulated circumference.

An eddy current flaw detection system includes an eddy current flaw detection probe having a substrate facing an inspection surface, and at least one exciting coil and at least two detecting coils provided on the substrate, a scanning device which scans the probe on the inspection surface, a scan control device which drives and controls the scanning device, an eddy current flaw detection device which acquires results of detection of a plurality of detection points corresponding to combinations of the exciting and detecting coils for each scan position of the probe, and a data processing/display device which processes data from the scan control device and the eddy current flaw detection device and thereby displays a result of flaw detection. The data processing/display device acquires three-dimensional coordinates of the detection points for each scan position of the probe and thereby creates three-dimensional flaw detection data.

An eddy current testing apparatus includes: an eddy current testing probe having an eddy current testing coil arranged on a bottom portion of a casing; a pressing mechanism configured to press the eddy current testing probe so that the bottom portion of the eddy current testing probe is placed in contact with a part of an inner wall surface of a slot formed in an object to be inspected; a carriage configured to mount the pressing mechanism and the eddy current testing probe, the carriage traveling in a depth direction of the slot; and an eddy current testing control device configured to control defect detection for the inner wall surface of the slot by acquiring a detected eddy current signal from the eddy current testing coil.

In a defect detection device for a turbine rotor blade, a recess is provided in a side surface of a web provided to the inner circumferential side of a stationary blade diaphragm where stationary blades are annularly arranged adjacent to turbine rotor blades. An eddy current probe is movably installed in the recess, and a rod provided with a signal line for transmitting a signal detected by the eddy current probe, connected to the eddy current prove, is set up to be movable through a hole in a turbine casing and an air gap formed in the stationary blade diaphragm. The eddy current probe is moved toward or away from the turbine rotor blade implanting portion, and a data analyzer determines the condition of a defect occurred in the turbine rotor blade implanting portion based on the signals detected by the eddy current probe.

Device for detecting defect of turbine rotor blade and method for detecting defect of turbine rotor blade

The surface length of a metal subject to be inspected is evaluated by detecting an eddy current without using a combination of a scale and visual or liquid penetrant inspection. An exciting coil and a detecting coil are scanned above the subject in a length direction. An eddy current detector measures an output voltage corresponding to scanning positions based on an output from the detecting coil. Based on an output voltage distribution curve indicating a distribution of output voltages corresponding to the scanning positions, position information is extracted corresponding to values which are within a differential voltage range and lower by 12 dB than a maximum value of the output voltages on the left and right sides of the distribution. A distance between the positions included in the extracted information is calculated to evaluate the length of a slit which is a defect present on the subject surface.

Method and apparatus for evaluating length of defect in eddy current testing

Disclosed is an eddy current flaw detection probe that is capable of pressing itself against an inspection target whose curvature varies. A flaw sensor is configured by fastening a plurality of coils to a flexible substrate that faces the surface of the inspection target. A first elastic body is positioned opposite the inspection target for the flaw sensor, is obtained by stacking two or more elastic plates, and has an elastic coefficient that varies in a longitudinal direction. A second elastic body is a porous body positioned between the flexible substrate and the first elastic body. A pressure section is employed to press the first elastic body toward the inspection target.

Eddy current flaw detection probe

An eddy current testing device which confirms that a change in characteristics of a target object is detected regardless of the magnitude of the change and specifying the position of a portion from which the change is detected. The device uses an eddy current probe to inspect a bent portion of a metal body, and has an inspection controller and a display unit. The inspection controller calculates a phase angle of a signal detected by the eddy current probe and generates flaw identification image data that indicates an area (or an area of the signal detected and determined to correspond to a flaw signal, based on the phase angle of the detected signal) of a flaw signal in coordinates in which the position of the portion of the target object is plotted along a coordinate axis. The display unit displays the flaw identification image data.
