A temperature sensor including two transistors having different emitter current densities and performing temperature detection based on the fact that the difference in voltage between base and emitter changes with temperature. The temperature sensor is provided with a feedback circuit for controlling respective collector voltages and emitter currents such that the collector voltages of both transistors vary according to similar temperature characteristics.

The present invention provides a current mirror circuit of which consistency (ratio) of the input current and output current is more improved. This current mirror circuit comprises input side and output side bi-polar transistors of which bases are commonly connected, an input side MOS transistor of which source is connected to a collector of the input side bi-polar transistor and of which drain and gate are connected to the input terminal, output side MOS transistors of which source is connected to the collectors of the output side bi-polar transistors, of which drain is connected to the output terminals, and of which gate is connected to the gate of the input side MOS transistor, and an MOS transistor for supplying base current of which source is connected to the bases of the input side and output side bi-polar transistors, and of which gate is connected to the gate of the input side MOS transistor.

A motor driving device is provided with a motor and a motor driver circuit for controlling the motor. The motor driver circuit limits the current supplied to the motor to a current below a predetermined limit value.

A write circuit includes a waveform correction circuit for changing a waveform of leading and trailing portions of a write current so that a read circuit of the magnetic recording apparatus for magnetically recording at a recording density lower than the predetermined recording density can read the recorded signal. The waveform correction circuit is inserted between a coil of a magnetic head of the magnetic recording apparatus and a binary signal generator circuit when it receives a selection signal for selecting a recording state corresponding to the magnetic recording apparatus with the low recording density.

A magnetic record readout circuit and a magnetic recording apparatus. A transistor is located at the output side of a comparator for level slice. If the level slice comparator does not output high for the predetermined time or longer, the transistor remains on. A capacitor is placed between the collector of the transistor and ground. When the transistor is off, the capacitor is charged with a current source connected to the transistor collector. When the capacitor is charged, the level slice comparator outputs high. In response to the level slice comparator which outputs high, one of full-wave rectifying circuits located at the input side of the level slice comparator forces a capacitor for peak hold of a full-wave-rectified waveform to be discharged. As the capacitor is discharged, a given slice level lowers.

A magnetic recording circuit capable of recording information on a disk-shaped magnetic recording medium such as a floppy disk. In storing the information on the recording medium, a write current is varied in quantity more smaller for a more inner track and more larger for a more outer track. The current to flow to a write coil is controlled by selecting one of a plurality of current-mirror output-side transistors through which the current may flow. This selecting is performed by a track counter which realizes a storage track by counting a string of count signals corresponding to the location of the track.

Magnetic recording circuit having a storage feature dependent upon track

A reading circuit used for a floppy disk unit capable of reading data by converting data stored upon the surface of a floppy disk in the form of magnetic variations of a residual magnetism into voltage variations by using a magnetic head. While one of the voltage signals read by a magnetic head is differentiated by a differentiating circuit with a predetermined differential property, the other voltage signal is supplied to a level slicer and is output after being converted into rectangular pulses at a predetermined threshold value. The pulse signals are delayed in accordance with a phase shift period caused by a differential of a differentiating circuit. The delayed signals are then delivered to a comparator, which detects a signal output from the differentiating circuit by performing a comparison, so as to activate the comparator intermittently. The pulse signals, a peak value of which is detected by the comparator, are shaped by a pulse shaping circuit, and are output.

Reading circuit used for floppy disk unit

Provided is a process for producing chlorosulfonyl isocyanate by reacting sulfur trioxide with cyanogen chloride, which comprises feeding sulfur trioxide and cyanogen chloride simultaneously to the reaction zone and maintaining the temperature of the reacting zone at 10.degree. to 50.degree. C. This is a commercially very simple process and can produce chlorosulfonyl isocyanate with high purity in high yield.

Novel 2,3-dicyanopyrazine derivatives of the formula ##STR1## wherein A represents a hydrogen atom, a lower alkyl group, an unsubstituted or substituted phenyl group, a benzyl group, or a group of the formula --ZR.sub.1 in which Z represents an oxygen or sulfur atom and R.sub.1 represents an unsubstituted or substituted lower alkyl group, a lower alkenyl group, a lower alkynyl group, an unsubstituted or substituted phenyl group, or an unsubstituted or substituted benzyl group; and B represents a halogen atom, an alkyl group containing at least 3 carbon atoms, a phenyl group having a substituent at the ortho- and/or meta-position of the benzene ring, a group of the formula ZR.sub.1 in which Z and R.sub.1 are as defined, or a group of the formula ##STR2## in which R.sub.2 and R.sub.3, independently from each other, represent a hydrogen atom, an unsubstituted or substituted lower alkyl group, a lower alkenyl group, a cycloalkyl group, an unsubstituted or substituted phenyl group, or an unsubstituted or substituted benzyl group, with the proviso that R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 do not represent a hydrogen atom at the same time, and R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 together may form a 3- to 7-membered heterocyclic ring together with the nitrogen atom to which they are bonded, said heterocyclic ring optionally containing an additional hetero atom; and processes for production thereof. These compounds have high herbicidal activity, and are useful as active ingredients of herbicides.

2,3-Dicyano 6 phenyl pyrazine herbicides

Novel 2,3-dicyanopyrazine derivatives of the formula ##STR1## wherein A represents a hydrogen atom, a lower alkyl group, an unsubstituted or substituted phenyl group, a benzyl group, or a group of the formula -ZR.sub.1 in which Z represents an oxygen or sulfur atom and R.sub.1 represents an unsubstituted or substituted lower alkyl group, a lower alkenyl group, a lower alkynyl group, an unsubstituted or substituted phenyl group, or an unsubstituted or substituted benzyl group; and B represents a halogen atom, an alkyl group containing at least 3 carbon atoms, a phenyl group having a substituent at the ortho- and/or meta-position of the benzene ring, a group of the formula ZR.sub.1 in which Z and R.sub.1 are as defined, or a group of the formula ##STR2## in which R.sub.2 and R.sub.3, independently from each other, represent a hydrogen atom, an unsubstituted or substituted lower alkyl group, a lower alkenyl group, a cycloalkyl group, an unsubstituted or substituted phenyl group, or an unsubstituted or substituted benzyl group, with the proviso that R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 do not represent a hydrogen atom at the same time, and R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 together may form a 3- to 7-membered heterocyclic ring together with the nitrogen atom to which they are bonded, said heterocyclic ring optionally containing an additional hetero atom; and processes for production thereof. These compounds have high herbicidal activity, and are useful as active ingredients of herbicides.

An agricultural chemical composition which has improved efficiency, long range effectiveness and decreased phytotoxicity to useful plants is prepared by mixing an agricultural chemical with a filmforming polymer having a soil fixity of at least 40% and a water vapor permeability of 400 - 1,500 g/m.sup.2 /24 hrs.
