A technique for making the amount of ink to be calculated appropriate in accordance with the amount of ink to be ejected from heads is provided. An inkjet printing apparatus includes a supply tank, a return tank, a first connecting pipe, a second connecting pipe, a head, a pressure-difference producer, an ejection-amount predictor, and a pressure controller. The first connecting pipe transfers ink in the supply tank to the return tank. The second connecting pipe returns ink in the return tank to the supply tank. The head is interposed in the first connecting pipe. The pressure-difference producer sends ink from the supply tank to the return tank through the first connecting pipe. The ejection-amount predictor predicts the amount of ink to be ejected at a time to come after the present time from the head. The pressure controller controls the amount of ink to be supplied from the supply tank to the head, by controlling the pressure-difference producer in accordance with the predicted amount of ink to be ejected.

Ink circulation system and inkjet printing apparatus

An image recording device that makes it possible to accurately position images on the front and reverse surfaces of a recording medium even when there is an error in length in the direction of conveyance of the recording medium. The image recording device is equipped with a paper supply part, a paper discharge part, a table movement mechanism, which moves ten tables disposed at regular intervals along a circulation path, an image recording part, which records an image on printing paper on top of the table that is moved by this table movement mechanism, an inversion part, which inverts the printing paper, and a transport mechanism, which transports the printing paper inverted by the inversion part to the paper supply part.

Image recording device

In an image recording apparatus using an inkjet mode, printing paper fed from a paper feederis supplied onto tablesmovable by an endless transport mechanism of a table moving mechanism. After each tableis transferred from the endless transport mechanism to linear motor mechanismsof the table moving mechanism, an image is recorded by an image recorder. Subsequently, the tableis transferred from the linear motor mechanismsto the endless transport mechanism, and then the printing paper on the tableis discharged by a paper discharger

Image recording apparatus

At printing time, a blanket cylinder gear is meshed with a plate cylinder gear, whereby a first plate cylinder is rotatable by a drive motor. At image-recording time, the blanket cylinder gear is separated from the plate cylinder gear. In this state, a different motor drives the plate cylinder gear to rotate the first plate cylinder at low speed.

Printing apparatus

In a fixer replenishing device employed in an automatic processor, a hardening agent is diluted with water and then mixed with a fixing agent. Since the hardening agent is not directly mixed with the fixing agent, no crystals are deposited.

Device for replenishing fixing solution employed in automatic processor

A device for venting fumes given off by an automatic developing system which includes a developing tank, a fixing tank and a cleansing tank. The device includes a cover for airtight placement over the system and a suction case provided on the inner surface of the cover. The suction case has pores directed toward the developing tank and the fixing tank. Fumes in the system are collected, under suction, through the pores.
