Example implementations described herein are directed to an asset management system configured to facilitate real-time inventory recognition with image analysis tagged with positional information. The example implementations described herein also provide the method and process to improve the accuracy of the pipe detection for counting with various approaches. Referring the expected number of the pipes, example implementations utilize the pipe detection algorithm, as well as the bounding box of the pipe stack, use the knowledge of the physical size of the pipe stack, and analyze a pipe stack from the images of two directions at the end.

Inventory count method and asset management system

An internal structure detection system includes: two kinds of sensors with different operating principles for receiving reflected waves of vibration applied to an inspection target in an investigation area; and a processing apparatus that detects an internal structure of the inspection target by using the sensor data received by the two kinds of sensors. The two kinds of sensors are deployed in the investigation area with different densities, in a distributed manner.

Example implementations described herein are directed to a tag using a color/pattern coding scheme for better use in industrial settings which may involve curved objects such as pipes. The tag can include one or more anchors indicative of an orientation of the tag; a calibration pattern mapping each of a plurality of colors/patterns to one or more values; and encoded information provided on the tag in one or more of the plurality of colors/patterns. The tag may be printed directly on the object to ensure longevity and readability, or attached as a sticker or printed label depending on the desired implementation.

An exploration system includes an artificial seismic source, sensor terminals, an environmental sensor, and a computer, wherein each of a plurality of sensor terminals is provided with a velocity or acceleration sensor which detects vibration generated by the artificial seismic source, and an identifier which is unique to the velocity or acceleration sensor; the environmental sensor detects an external environment which influences the velocity or acceleration sensor; and the computer stores a deterioration model which possibly indicates, as a degree of deterioration, performance deterioration of the velocity or acceleration sensor by providing information about the external environment as a variable, associates, with the identifier, the information about the external environment detected by the environmental sensor, stores the information about the external environment as a usage history, and determines a deterioration state of the velocity or acceleration sensor or the sensor terminal on the basis of the deterioration model.

A pulse generator for UWB transmission, lower power consumption, and suppression of LO leakage by nonuse of the LO signal. The pulse generator includes a clock generator (CLK) for giving clock of a predetermined period; a delay circuit (DLY) equipped with a function of controlling a delay time and for delaying the clock; a square-wave pulse generation circuit (SWPG) that receives information being spread by a spread code and modulates phases of square wave pulses that have a pulse width corresponding to a differential delay for one stage of the delay circuit; and an amplitude control unit (AMPC) that outputs an impulse sequence having the pulse width of the square wave in a predetermined amplitude and combines the impulses; and outputs pulses that have a predetermined envelope form.

An automaton configured to perform a task comprises a communication interface to communicate positional information with one or more anchor points provided within a given environment. The positional information enables generation of mapping information of the given environment. A motor provides the automation with mobility. A memory stores the mapping information. A controller controls the motor to enable the automaton to perform the task in the given environment using a first task route that has been generated using the mapping information.

Location aware automata

A high frequency power amplifier is provided that prevents loop oscillation at a low frequency caused by a closed loop formed between combined semiconductor devices. Previously, coupled-line directional couplers or capacitors for low frequency rejection have been used to prevent the closed loop from being formed. Also, a circuit including a resistance component required for attenuating self-oscillation has been provided. Therefore, to prevent both loop oscillation and self oscillation, two circuits have been required. Accordingly, a high frequency power amplifier is provided with a low frequency prevention circuit that attenuates the passing of each frequency of loop oscillation and self oscillation to each signal line divided by a power divider. Thus, the two circuits respectively required for preventing the loop oscillation and self oscillation of a travelling wave combine type amplifier can be formed by one low frequency prevention circuit.
