A rotor () is received rotatably in a cassette body () for receiving tablets. The rotor comprises a tablet guiding path () formed between a slanted inner face () of the cassette body and a slanted outer face () of the rotor for guiding the tablets received in the cassette body to a tablet discharging hole () disposed to the cassette body. The rotor comprises a separating member () disposed above the tablet discharging hole of the cassette body for separating a space between a tablet at a bottom position and a tablet at an upper position, a tablet supporting pedestal () disposed elevatably to the tablet guiding path for supporting the tablet at the bottom position in the tablet guiding path and a height adjustment mechanism () for adjusting a tablet discharging height between the tablet supporting pedestal and the separating member. The height adjustment mechanism makes the tablet supporting pedestal elevate to a direction inclined to a rotation shaft of the rotor along the tablet guiding path.

Rotor for tablet cassette and tablet cassette

Provided is a tablet guiding path adjusting apparatus that adjusts a tablet guiding path adjusting mechanism in the tablet cassette, comprising a rotor rotatably equipped within a cassette body and having a tablet guiding path for receiving at least one of tablets received within the cassette body and guiding to a discharging orifice of the cassette body; a partition member for entering the tablet guiding path and being located between a tablet at the lowest part and a tablet at the upper side thereof; and tablet guiding paths adjusting mechanisms configured to adjust at least either dimension of the depth and width of the tablet guiding path to the rotor; wherein the tablet guiding path adjusting apparatus engages with engaging parts of the tablet guiding path adjusting mechanisms to operate the tablet guiding path adjusting mechanism, and adjusts a dimension of the tablet guiding path in accordance with the shape or size of tablets received within the cassette body.

Tablet guide path-adjusting device of tablet cassette

Inspection of a shape-fixed medicine is performed before packing. A medicine inspection assistance device includes: a medicine support part for rotatably supporting a shape-fixed medicine by a first rotating roller and a second rotating roller, and a medicine imaging part having an imaging means for imaging the shape-fixed medicine supported by the medicine support part from above. The medicine support part is configured such that a contact position between the first rotating roller and the shape-fixed medicine is located above the second rotating roller and the contact position is closer to an axis of the first rotating roller than a gravity center position of the shape-fixed medicine.

Medicine inspection assistance device

A tablet feeder comprises a device body, a plurality of tablet cassettes disposed on one face of the device bodyin a vertical direction, each tablet cassette accommodating a plurality of tablets by kind, and a plurality of chutes disposed on one face of the device bodyin a vertical direction and shifted in a horizontal direction, the chutes temporarily storing the tablets dispensed from the tablet cassette and having the dispensing portion at the downward portion thereof, the dispensing portion being capable of dispensing the tablets to a bottomed cylindrical tablet container.

Tablet feeder and pharmacy system

The medicament dispensing machine enables to use vials having various sizes and shapes without changing a part in the machine or without performing a special operation. The medicament dispensing machine contains a discharging unit that receives a vial filled with a medicament from a medicament filling means and discharges out of a vial discharging window. The discharging unit contains a vial gripping means having a pair of gripping arms that grip a vial, a body of gripping means having the vial gripping means, a moving means that moves the vial gripping means from the medicament filling means to the vial discharging window, and an orientation changing mechanism that changes the orientation of the body of gripping means. With a coordination of the movement of the body of gripping means toward the vial discharging window, the orientation changing mechanism makes the gripping arms orient to the vial discharging window.

Medicament dispensing machine

A tablet dispenser includes a device body and a plurality of tablet cassettes disposed on one face of the device body. Each tablet cassette is capable of accommodating a plurality of types of tablets and of dispensing the tablets contained therein in a lateral direction. A plurality of chutes are in communication with the plurality of tablet cassettes. Each chute is disposed on the one face of the device body, adjacent to a corresponding tablet cassette. Each chute retains tablets dispensed from the corresponding tablet cassette and dispenses the tablets in a downward direction into a container.

Tablet dispenser

A medicine feeder's drive unit includes a drive motor, a gear transmission device, an output shaft and a switcher. The gear transmission device is constituted by a normal-rotation transmission path and a reverse-rotation transmission path provided between a motor shaft of the drive motor and the output shaft. The switcher selects one of the transmission paths for output of driving power from the drive motor. Thus, a jammed tablet in the medicine feeder can be cleared upon detection thereof, and reverse rotation of a rotor can be achieved without driving the motor in a reverse rotating direction, i.e., while the motor is in normal rotation setting.
