A magnetic detection device includes a first magnetic sensor, a second magnetic sensor, and a resin body. The first magnetic sensor includes a first sealing body and first terminals. The second magnetic sensor includes a second sealing body and second terminals. The resin body includes a resin-body main body, first wiring lines, and second wiring lines. Each of the first wiring lines includes a first overlapping portion overlapping with corresponding one of the first terminals. As viewed in a normal direction of each of the first terminals, the first overlapping portion is arranged at a position shifted from all of the second terminals and the second wiring lines. Each of the first wiring lines is welded to corresponding one of the first terminals at the first overlapping portion.

Magnetic detection device

The magnetic detection device includes: a first magnetic rotary body which rotates about a rotation shaft and has an outer circumferential portion which is a magnetic body; a second magnetic rotary body has an outer circumferential portion which is a magnetic body; a magnet which has a magnetization direction along the axial direction; a first magneto-resistive element provided on another side in the axial direction of the magnet; a second magneto-resistive element provided on one side in the axial direction of the magnet; a first magnetic guide provided between the magnet and the first magneto-resistive element; and a second magnetic guide provided between the magnet and the second magneto-resistive element, wherein the outer circumferential portion of the first magnetic rotary body and the outer circumferential portion of the second magnetic rotary body cause different magnetic fields between the magnet and the respective outer circumferential portions.

The invention provides a rotation sensor enabling simplification of manufacturing process, such as an inspection step, while maintaining measurement accuracy of the rotation sensor. Lead frames of a rotation sensor have positioning sections which contact a side surface section of a case and, in this state of contact, keep the insertion depth dimension of a magnetism detection unit in the internal space of the case to a prescribed dimension; a flange lower flat surface of a flange section is provided further towards the case bottom surface side than a flange lower flat surface of a ring-shaped rib, a portion of the outer peripheral section of the case and the ring-shaped rib are exposed in a ring shape from an exterior molding section, and the case is provided with a plurality of projections along the inner side surface of the case which constitutes the internal space.

To obtain a rotation sensor capable of reducing manufacturing cost, provided is a rotation sensor including: a case including: a bottom surface portion; a side surface portion; and an opening; a pair of lead frames each including a distal end inserted into the case through the opening; a magnetic detection section arranged inside the case, and configured to detect a change in magnetic field caused by a magnetic body; and a holder surrounding the magnetic detection section in cooperation with the case, the holder including: a holder main body, which has an outer peripheral surface formed along an inner peripheral surface of the side surface portion and is configured to sandwich the pair of lead frames between the outer peripheral surface and the side surface portion; and a rib formed along a forming portion of the lead frame so as to be brought into contact with the forming portion.

There is provided a magnetic detection apparatus in which based on a second comparison signal or a first comparison signal, a second analog/digital conversion circuit or a first analog/digital conversion circuit converts a second amplification signal or a first amplification signal into a digital value at a time when the peak value of the first amplification signal or the second amplification signal is detected or at a time when the bottom value of the first amplification signal or the second amplification signal is detected, as the case may be, and that can implement at least one of actions in which based on comparison between the digital value converted and a predetermined reference value, a second threshold value adjusting apparatus or a first threshold value adjusting apparatus adjusts a second threshold value or a first threshold value, as the case may be.

Magnetic detection apparatus

Provided is a comparator configured to compare input voltages, which are input to a first dynamic comparator and a second dynamic comparator, with a reference voltage, select either an output signal of the first dynamic comparator or an output signal of the second dynamic comparator based on the comparison result, output the selected output signal, and control clock signals, which are input to the first dynamic comparator and the second dynamic comparator respectively, based on the comparison result, so as to stop the operation of the dynamic comparator of which output signal is not selected.

A magnetic detection device has: a magnetic moving body which rotates about a rotating shaft and in which N-poles and S-poles are disposed alternately on an outer periphery thereof; magnetoresistive elements that are disposed at a spacing from the outer peripheral surface of the magnetic moving body; a signal processing unit that processes signals from the magnetoresistive elements; and a magnet that applies a bias magnetic field to the magnetoresistive elements. The magnetization direction of the magnet is parallel to the rotating shaft of the magnetic moving body. The magnetoresistive elements are disposed in a plane perpendicular to the magnetization direction of the magnet, and are disposed at a fixed spacing in the radial direction of the magnetic moving body.

A sensor includes: a sensing module furnished with a sensing function; metal terminals transmitting a sensing signal from the sensing module; an insulating fixing portion holding multiple metal terminals separately; and a resin portion encapsulating the metal terminals and the sensing module and also forming a connector portion from which tip ends of the metal terminals are exposed. Protruding portions of the fixing portion are fit into hole portions of the metal terminals before resin encapsulation in a stage where the metal terminals are bonded to the sensing module, so that rigidity of the metal terminals is enhanced to stabilize the locations thereof.

A compact pressure detecting apparatus comprising a pressure sensor unit, having a semiconductor pressure-detecting device provided with gauge resistance, integrated with a solenoid valve unit for controlling a channel of a measurement fluid into the body of the apparatus. The pressure sensor unit and the solenoid unit are integrated into one body by joining the base with the port portion so that the through-hole of the base communicates with the discharge channel of the port portion.

In a pressure sensing device, a sensor housing container is provided with a flange-like mounting portion to be attached to a medium container made of a thin plate by a bolt. The flange-like mounting portion has a mounting plane of said sensor housing container and is formed to have a great thickness enough to provide high rigidity. At the mounting plane, there are provided an opening through which a nipple of said pressure sensor protrudes from the sensor housing container and a concave plane on its periphery. A sealing member of elastic material is caused to intervene between the flange-like mounting portion and the medium container. The sealing member is integrally molded in a first space formed between an inner wall of the opening and an outer wall of the nipple and a second space communicating with the first space and formed by the concave plane when the sensor housing container is mounted on the medium container. Thus, a pressure sensing device can be obtained which does not require redundant components for reinforcement to be added to the medium container of a thin plate for housing a measuring pressure medium.

In a pressure sensing device for a fuel tank, a mounting member for mounting a fuel pump is provided with a pressure detecting opening. A base member is fixed to the mounting member through a seal member. A pressure sensor is mounted on the base member.
