Each of a power-source bus bar and a grounding bus bar provided in a driving apparatus has a terminal portion to be connected with output terminals of a power module and a bending portion bent in a direction perpendicular to a first surface of a bus bar holder; the bending portion is disposed between a smoothing capacitor and the power module; the power-source bus bar and the grounding bus bar are arranged in such a way as to face each other.

Driving apparatus and electric power steering apparatus

Provided is an electric driving device including a first protruding portion protruding from a holder surface. A plate-like portion has an opposed surface opposed to the holder surface. A first through hole in the plate-like portion is defined by a first through hole forming portion formed in a cylindrical shape so as to project from the plate-like portion to a side opposite to the opposed surface. The first through hole has an inner surface including a first hole inclined inner surface and a first hole cylindrical inner surface extending from the first hole inclined inner surface to the end portion of the first through hole forming portion. The first protruding portion is press-fitted into the first through hole under a state in which a plurality of first ribs are in contact with the first hole cylindrical inner surface.

Electric driving device and electric power steering device

A rotating electrical machine includes an annular coil connection body provided coaxially with a stator. The coil connection body has, in a groove provided on a holder, an overhang portion for restricting an axial-direction movement of a terminal, and a positioning projection for restricting a radial-direction movement of the terminal. The positioning projection positions the terminal such that a part of the terminal overlaps the overhang portion in the axial direction. In this structure, when the terminal moves in a direction from a terminal holding portion toward a groove opening, the terminal comes into contact with a side surface of the overhang portion, whereby lifting and coming-off of the terminal can be prevented.

Rotating electrical machine

According to this invention, provided is an electric power steering device, including: a motor having a winding; and a control unit configured to control the motor, the motor and the control unit being integrated with each other in alignment with each other in an axial direction of a rotary shaft of the motor. The winding of the motor includes a winding end portion configured to receive a current supplied thereto. The control unit includes: a current supply circuit, which includes a supply terminal, and is configured to supply the current to the winding end portion; an extension member connected to the supply terminal; and a first connection portion at which the extension member and the winding end portion are connected to each other. The first connection portion is arranged on a radially outer side of the motor with respect to the current supply circuit.

Electric power steering device

In an electric power steering, a control unit includes a first power module configured to supply current to first motor windings, a first control board configured to output a control signal to the first power module, a second power module configured to supply current to second motor windings, a second control board configured to output a control signal to the second power module, and a heat sink. The heat sink includes a column portion having a plurality of mounting portions defined by flat surfaces parallel to the axial direction of the output shaft. The first control board and the second control board are each mounted along a corresponding one of one pair of opposing mounting portions, and the first power module and the second power module are each mounted along a corresponding one of another pair of opposing mounting portions.

In order to improve the angle detection accuracy, when an exciting order is 2, a double axial angle is 5, and the number of resolver teeth is 8, an inner diameter deformation order is one of 4, 6, 7, 8, or 9, when the exciting order is 5, the double axial angle is 4, and the number of resolver teeth is 10, the inner diameter deformation order is one of 3, 5, 7, 9 or 10, when the exciting order is 3, the double axial angle is 4, and the number of resolver teeth is 12, the inner diameter deformation order is one of the 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11 or 12, and the resolver stator is fixed to the resolver device mounting part by the number of fixing points corresponding to any one of the inner diameter deformation order.

An electronic control device includes first extended terminals extended from a multiple of terminals of opposing connectors respectively and second extended terminals extended from opposing control boards respectively. A hole is formed between the opposing connectors in a connector case, each of the first extended terminals and each of the second extended terminals oppose and approach each other toward the hole, in addition to which first extended terminals and second extended terminals are formed heading toward an exterior of the connector case from the hole, and the first extended terminal and the first extended terminal come into contact with differing side faces of the second extended terminal and the second extended terminal.

Electronic control device

An electric power steering device includes a motor and a control unit that are arranged coaxially with each other in an axial direction of an output shaft and integrated with each other. The control unit includes power modules configured to supply current to the motor, a heat sink, a control board configured to output a control signal to the power modules, and a rotation sensor. The power modules, a column portion of the heat sink, and the control board are arranged in parallel to the axial direction of the output shaft. The rotation sensor is provided in a recess formed in a base portion of the heat sink at an opposite position to a sensor rotor mounted to an end portion of the output shaft on the control unit side.

To obtain a rotating electric machine capable of suppressing vibrations generated at the time of driving and achieving downsizing. The rotating electric machine includes: a rotor; a stator including a stator core provided on an outer side with respect to the rotor in a radial direction of the rotor; a motor frame, which includes a tubular portion provided on an outer side with respect to the stator core in the radial direction, and has the stator fixed thereto; and an intermediate member, which is provided on an outer peripheral surface of the stator core in the radial direction, and is held in a state of being press-fitted to an inner peripheral surface of the tubular portion in the radial direction, wherein a stiffness of the intermediate member per unit length is higher than a stiffness of the tubular portion per unit length.
