An ink composition that offers a recorded image having rubfastness and having high quality without causing a mottling phenomenon, an inkjet recording method using the same, and a colored article. The ink composition includes a compound represented by the following formula (1): a colorant, a dispersant, and a C4-C12 alkanediol, in which the content of the compound represented by formula (1) is 0.1 to 5% by mass. In the formula (1), Rrepresents a hydroxy group or the like, Rrepresents an alkyl group or the like, Rrepresents an alkyl group or the like, Rrepresents a hydrogen atom or the like, and Rrepresents an alkyl group.

An inkjet aqueous pigment dispersion which achieves high pigment concentration, exhibits favorable redispersion properties after drying, and does not exhibit changes in ink properties even when stored for a long time; and an ink composition using the aqueous pigment dispersion. The ink composition comprises: a dye which includes at least one compound represented by specific formula (1) or at least one tautomer or salt of the compound; a dye which includes at least one compound represented by specific formula (3) or at least one tautomer or salt of the compound; and a dye which includes at least one compound represented by specific formula (4) or at least one tautomer or salt of the compound.

Porphyrazine coloring matter, ink composition, recording method, and colored object

The present invention relates to a porphyrazine coloring matter or a salt thereof represented by the following formula (1): [wherein, the rings A to D are independently a benzene ring or a nitrogen-containing heteroaromatic ring, the number of the nitrogen-containing heteroaromatic ring is more than 0.00 and less than 1.00 as an average value, the rest are benzene rings, E is alkylene, X and Y are a sulfo-substituted anilino group and the like, b is 0.00 or more and less than 3.90 as an average value, c is 0.10 or more and less than 4.00 as an average value, and the sum of b and c is more than 3.00 and less than 4.00 as an average value]. The ink composition containing the porphyrazine coloring matter of the present invention or a salt thereof is an ink composition which has a hue closer to the standard color as a cyan ink, is excellent in various fastnesses, particularly in ozone fastness, and can provide recorded images having a high print density and thus having a good balance, and further it is suitable for inkjet recording.

Porphyrazine coloring matter, ink composition containing the same and colored product

The present invention relates to a porphyrazine coloring matter or a salt thereof represented by the following formula (1) [wherein, the rings of A to D are each independently a benzene ring or a 6-membered nitrogen-containing heteroaromatic ring, E is alkylene, X is a sulfo-substituted anilino group or the like which may further have a substituent, Ris a C1-C6 alkyl group, b is 0.00 or more and less than 3.90 as an average value, c is 0.10 or more and less than 4.00 as an average value, and the sum of b and c is 1.00 or more and less than 4.00 as an average value]. The ink composition containing the porphyrazine coloring matter of the present invention has a good hue as a cyan ink, is excellent in various fastness properties, particularly in ozone fastness, allows a high print density, has properties hardly causing bronze phenomenon, and can provide a porphyrazine coloring matter suitable for inkjet recording and an ink composition containing this. 

Azo compounds represented by general formula (1) or salts thereof are provided as highly water-soluble colorants which have hues of yellow, orange, brown or red, and excellent color development properties and which, when used in various recording processes, particularly in an inkjet recording process, ensure various excellent fastnesses such as light fastness, ozone fastness, and fading balance. Ink compositions containing the colorants are also provided. In general formula (1), Rto Rare each independently a hydrogen atom, C1-4 alkyl, C1-4 alkoxy, or the like; and X is C1-8 alkylenediamino, xylylenediamino, or the like.

Porphyrazine coloring matter, ink composition and colored product

An ink set is provided which, when used in color ink-jet printing, can give a full-color printed image having a satisfactory hue and brightness and excellent in various fastness properties. More specifically, an ink set for ink-jet recording is provided that is an ink set of at least two colors which includes at least two ink compositions, i.e., a cyan ink composition and a magenta ink composition. The cyan ink composition contains a cyan dye which is a dye represented by the following formula (7) or a salt thereof. The magenta ink composition contains a magenta dye which is a dye represented by the following formula (6) or a salt thereof.
