A dismantling system (automobile dismantling system) of a product for dismantling the product having plural kinds has input means (terminal) , - - - for inputting information of the dismantled product; memory means (a memory device of a host computer ) for storing the information inputted from the input means , - - - ; lot determining means (means constructed within the host computer ) for classifying the product into the same kind or the approximately same kind on the basis of the stored product information, and determining a product number as a lot when the number of products of the same kind or the approximately same kind reaches a predetermined number; and dismantling means (automobile dismantling means) for dismantling the product; wherein the product is dismantled by the dismantling means every lot.

Dismantling system for product and its method

In a valve operating system for an internal combustion engine, wherein connected and disconnected states of cam followers can be switched over from one to another to change the valve operating characteristic of an engine valve, each cam follower includes a cam follower body having a pair of support walls integrally provided thereon and arranged in parallel to sandwich a roller therebetween, and a hollow roller shaft which is fitted and supported at outer peripheries of its opposite ends in through-bores in the support walls, and which has the roller rotatably carried at its intermediate portion. A first groove is defined in an outer peripheral surface of the through-bore in one support wall to extend circumferentially of the through-bore, and a second groove is defined in an outer peripheral surface of the roller shaft at its one end corresponding to the first groove. A C-shaped resilient fastener is mounted in the first and second grooves and is capable of engaging with inner surfaces of the grooves astride them. The switching pin is slidably fitted to inner peripheral surfaces of the roller shafts of adjacent cam followers. With such arrangement, the roller shaft of the rollered cam follower can simply be fixed to the support wall of the cam follower body without caulking equipment, and a protrusion for fixing the roller shaft is not created on an outer surface of the support wall. The roller shaft is also used as a portion of a cam follower connecting mechanism.

Valve operating system for internal combustion engine

A composite core is selected which is formed of a reinforcing fiber and a thermoplastic synthetic resin by a compression molding, and including a first region in which the grammage M.sub.1 is set in a range of 400 g/m.sub.2 .ltoreq.M.sub.1 .ltoreq.700 g/m.sup.2 to provide a reduction in weight, and a second region in which the grammage M.sub.2 is adjusted in a range of 900 g/m.sup.2 .ltoreq.M.sub.1 .ltoreq.1,200 g/m.sup.2 to provide an enhanced rigidity. At a first step, the composite core is heated, whereby it is expanded, and the thermoplastic synthetic resin is expanded. At a second step, a skin material is superposed onto the composite core. At a third step, the composite core is compressed, and the skin material is bonded to the composite core. In the laminate produced in the above manner, the first region contributes to a reduction in weight, and the second region contributes to an increase in rigidity. Further, because of a larger amount of second region expanded, the reinforcing fibers are stuck into the skin material. This contributes to an increase in bond strength. Thus, it is possible to produce a laminate which has a high bond strength of a surface skin material layer and a rigidity and moreover, is light in weight.
