The present invention has an object of providing a molded article of a composite structure obtained by bonding a polar thermoplastic resin, especially polyacetal, with another resin in a simple manner. According to the present invention, a molded article of a composite structure obtained by bonding a polar thermoplastic resin and a resin containing an aliphatic ester structure as a main component to each other in the state where at least a face at which both of the materials contact each other is in a melted state can be provided.

The present invention relates to a gas separation membrane comprising as a main component a polyacetal, wherein the polyacetal contains 1.5 to 10 mol of an oxyalkylene unit based on 100 mol of an oxymethylene unit. The gas separation membrane of the present invention has high carbon dioxide gas separating ability and high permeability rate to carbon dioxide gas and is advantageously used as a separation membrane for carbon dioxide gas contained in exhaust gas.

A terminal crimping apparatus, which crimps a crimping part of a terminal onto a conductor at an end part of an electric wire, includes: an anvil which supports a bottom part of the crimping part in a mounted manner; and a crimper disposed so as to move in proximity to and apart from the anvil. A plurality of anvil-side crimping surfaces are formed in the anvil along a longitudinal direction of the conductor, the respective anvil-side crimping surfaces being formed so as to be continuous from each other without a step, in a substantially center part in a width direction thereof, along the longitudinal direction of the conductor and have curved surface shapes different from each other in both side parts thereof.

Provided is a technique of ensuring mechanical strength in a terminal-provided wire and lowering contact resistance between the wire and the crimp terminal, without greatly varying a crimp height of a crimp terminal onto the wire in an axial direction. A crimp terminal according to the invention includes a conductor barrel which is crimped to a conductor of a wire. The conductor barrel has an inner surface which closely contacts the conductor by bending. The inner surface has such a shape a surface thereof which closely contacts a tip end side part of the conductor inwardly projects beyond a surface thereof which closely contacts a base side part of the conductor, thus performing a higher compression of the tip end side part of the conductor than that of the base side part thereof by the bending.

Crimp terminal, terminal-provided wire, and manufacturing method thereof

Provided is a technique of enabling high-compression crimping without breaking a crimp terminal while forming a recessed portion promoting a wire crimp portion of the crimp terminal to cut into a conductor in the wire crimp portion. The crimp terminal according to the invention includes a wire crimp portion, which is crimped to a conductor of a wire and includes a first crimp portion crimped to a base side of the conductor and a second crimp portion crimped to a tip end side. A recessed portion for promoting a cutting-in effect is formed in an inner surface of the wire crimp portion. A recessed portion formed in the second crimp portion is divided in a terminal width direction or is shallower than a recessed portion formed in the first crimp portion. Alternatively, the recessed portion is omitted and a recessed portion is formed only in the first crimp portion.

An object of the present invention is to provide a connector terminal which can be easily fitted to or separated from a partner terminal (partner connector) even if the space for fitting operation is limited in the fitting direction. The connector terminal has a terminal inserting portion to which the partner terminal is inserted, and a coupling portion intercoupling and electrically interconnecting the inserting portion and a wire connection portion of a coated wire. The terminal inserting portion and the wire connecting portion are juxtaposed such that the inserting direction of the partner terminal to be inserted into the terminal inserting portion and the axial center direction of the end of the coated wire to be connected to the wire connecting portion is parallel with or substantially parallel with each other, and are intercoupled via the coupling portion so as to overlap with each other in a direction perpendicular to or substantially perpendicular to both of the inserting direction of the partner terminal and the axial center direction of the end of the coated wire.

The present invention discloses a crimping terminal which can interrupt immersion of water in an electric cable and maintain a waterproof function of a mating member, thereby enhancing reliability of connection between electric cables. A crimping terminal is provided on each of cylindrical opposite ends with a crimping portion having an insertion hole with a bottom, which receives core wires e in an electric cable C. A solid body is formed between the crimping portions in a liquid-tight manner. Preferably, the crimping terminal is used together with a thermal-shrinkable tube having an adhesive on its inner surface so that the thermal-shrinkable tube comes into close contact with outer surfaces of the crimping portions and electric cables C.

A carriage conveying apparatus is provided to efficiently circulate push carriages ( ) even in a limited space. The apparatus includes forward and return paths (PH PH ) for push carriages ( ). The return path (PH ) is provided immediately below the forward path (PH ). The push carriages ( ) are made transferable from one to the other of the paths (PH PH ) by a pair of elevated conveyors ( ). In addition, the return path (PH ) is inclined so that the push carriages ( ) return from an upstream side of the return path (PH ) to a downstream side thereof by the action of gravity.

To provide flexibility for a guided terminal belt, a rolling member is used to feed a terminal carrier. The rolling member has a contact area to make rolling contact with the carrier. The contact area presses the carrier against a guiding face as the carrier advances in a feeding direction. The feeding is performed when the terminal fitting of the terminal belt is in a released or disengaged state. This makes feeding possible regardless of the type of terminal fitting to be crimped, thus, providing flexibility for the terminal belt to be guided.

The terminal crimping apparatus includes a pressure receiving part provided with a pressure receiving surface for receiving a terminal having a barrel of which tips are chamfered at outer peripheral sides thereof, and caulking part having a caulking surface adapted to receive the pressure receiving part, for caulking the barrel of the terminal between the caulking surface and the pressure receiving surface of the pressure receiving part such that one of tips of the barrel overlaps the other. The caulking part has two rounding surfaces and a step portion therebetween having one end located at the deepest point formed at a middle portion of the caulking surface. The step portion has a difference in level at least equal to the thickness of the tips of the barrel. The deepest point of the pressure receiving surface and the deepest point of the caulking surface are located on a virtual line parallel with a symmetrical line of the barrel.

Terminal crimping apparatus

Two or more core wires are inserted into an approximately U-shaped barrel of a terminal and fixed to the terminal and each other. The terminal comprises a tab having serrations, formed on the upper and lower surfaces thereof, disposed along the boundary between the core wires so that the serrations shear an oxide film formed on the core wires in contact with the upper and lower surfaces of the tab and remove the oxide film from the core wires, whereby the core wires are electrically connected with each other via the tab. The tab is integral with or separate from a connector terminal or an inter-connecting terminal.

Terminal for fixing wires

An inter-connecting terminal has a barrel formed U-shape in the sectional configuration thereof, into which a core wire exposed at an intermediate portion of a first electric wire and a core wire exposed at an end of a second electric wire are inserted. Side walls of the barrel are pressed against the core wires inserted into the barrel so as to fix and contact with the core wires. A V-shaped stopper is formed integral with the terminal and extended from the front end of the bottom of the barrel and bent backward so as to insert the end portion of the core wire of the second electric wire.
