According to an aspect of the invention, there is provided a mobile terminal including: an application processor configured to execute application having first mode and second mode, wherein the first mode includes first number of menus and the second mode includes second number of menus smaller than that of the first mode; a mode selection unit configured to input mode switching instruction; and a transition control unit configured to switch one of the first and second modes to another mode within the same application if the mode selection unit is operated.

According an aspect of the invention, a mobile terminal includes a task executing unit configured to execute a plurality of task groups and a management unit configured to manage to execute in a first order the task groups. If the task executing unit executes a first task group in foreground and if the management unit receives a first request executing a second task group different from the first task group, the management unit manages the first and the second task groups as one chain and executes the second task group in foreground. If the task executing unit executes the first task group in foreground and if the management unit receives a second request executing a third task group different from the first and second task groups, the management unit manages the first and third task groups as other chain and executes the third task group in foreground.

A system and method for the monitoring and treating of a coolant in a cooling system of an MRI system includes a deionization kit connectable to the cooling system of the MRI system. The deionization kit receives coolant from the cooling system to deionize the coolant and forms a closed-loop system with the cooling system when connected thereto. The deionization kit thus allows for unimpeded circulation of the coolant through the deionization kit and the cooling system. Accordingly, the MRI system may remain in operation and be used to perform MR image acquisitions of an object while the deionization kit is connected to the cooling system.
