The present invention provides an FPD pellicle frame body in which external color is controlled so as to make it easy to prevent scattering of exposure light, to perform the foreign object non-adhesion inspection before use, and the like, and a method for manufacturing the frame body efficiently. The FPD pellicle frame body of the present invention comprises: a stainless-steel member having a transparent oxide coating, and a film thickness of the transparent oxide coating being 420 nm to 700 nm. It is preferable that a brightness index L* due to the interference color of the reflected lights from the surface of the transparent oxide coating and the surface of the stainless-steel member is 33 or less.

Pellicle frame body for flat panel display, and method for manufacturing same

An object is to produce a new anti-B7-H4 antibody having high specificity and affinity and provide a composition for treating cancer making use thereof. A monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to an extracellular domain protein of a human B7-H4 protein is newly produced and an 'anti-B7-H4 antibody-effector cell complex' in which the monoclonal antibody and an effector cell are bound in order to enhance the antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity of the monoclonal antibody or a bispecific antibody comprising an antigen recognition region of the monoclonal antibody and an effector cell antigen recognition region is further produced and used as a composition for treating cancer.

Anti-B7-H4 antibody

A support frame for a pellicle includes a frame body made of an aluminum alloy. The frame body has: a top surface onto which a pellicle film is bonded; and an underside surface onto which a transparent substrate is bonded. A material of which the frame body is made has a Young's modulus larger than that of which the transparent substrate is made. The structure described above makes it possible to reduce deformation of the transparent substrate.

Specifically, provided are a method of manufacturing a support frame for a pellicle to be used as a pellicle including an optical thin film, the method including: annealing an aluminum material formed of an Al&#x2014;Zn&#x2014;Mg based aluminum alloy; and subjecting the aluminum material to anodic oxidation treatment in an alkaline solution to form an anodic oxide film having a lightness index L* value of 40 or less, a support frame for a pellicle obtained by the method, and a pellicle including the support frame for a pellicle and an optical thin film.

Provided is a pellicle frame that can prevent generation of haze and reduces a surface glittering defect under irradiation with collected light, and a method of manufacturing the same. The pellicle frame is obtained by using an aluminum frame material having a structure satisfying predetermined conditions on the circle-equivalent diameters of a MgSi crystallized product, an AlCuMg crystallized product, an Al&#x2014;Fe-based crystallized product (AlFe or AlCuFe), and an AlCuMg crystallized product and on the area ratios of those crystallized products each having a circle-equivalent diameter of 1 &#x3bc;m or more, and in addition, subjecting the aluminum frame material to anodic oxidation processing using an alkaline electrolytic solution containing as an electrolyte a predetermined organic acid salt. In addition, the method of manufacturing a pellicle frame includes: preparing an aluminum frame material having a structure as described above; and subjecting the aluminum frame material to anodic oxidation processing using an alkaline electrolytic solution containing a predetermined organic acid salt, to form an anodic oxide film.
