A toner container includes first and second storage portions, a protrusion portion, a male screw portion, an opening portion, and a first latch portion. The first storage portion is elongated in an insertion direction to an image forming apparatus. The protrusion portion protrudes in the insertion direction from an end portion of the first storage portion. The male screw portion is provided at an outer circumferential portion of the protrusion portion. The second storage portion includes a female screw portion and extends in the insertion direction from the protrusion portion. The opening portion is provided at an outer circumferential portion of the second storage portion. The first latch portion latches forward screwing of the second storage portion with respect to the first storage portion at a specific forward screwing amount with which the opening portion faces a vertical direction with respect to the first storage portion in an insertion attitude.

Toner container capable of shortening time of cleaning task before reuse and image forming apparatus

The image forming apparatus includes: an openable/closable cover that is movable between a closed position in which the connection unit is covered and an open position in which the connection unit is exposed to the outside; and an interlocking mechanism that causes an on/off operation of a power switch and an opening/closing operation of the openable/closable cover to operate in conjunction with each other, wherein the interlocking mechanism moves the openable/closable cover from the open position to the closed position in conjunction with an off operation by which the power switch is switched from an on state to an off state, and the interlocking mechanism moves the openable/closable cover from the closed position to the open position in conjunction with an on operation by which the power switch is switched from the off state to the on state.

Image forming apparatus

An image forming apparatus includes a main body, a post-printing processing device, and a paper exit part. The main body forms an image on paper. The post-printing processing device is located above the main body and performs post-printing processing on paper. The paper exit part is located on a side surface of the post-printing processing device. Paper is ejected to the paper exit part. The post-printing processing device includes a paper inlet port and a conveyance device. The paper inlet port is located in a rear part of a lower surface of the post-printing processing device. The conveyance device conveys paper conveyed via the paper inlet port into the post-printing processing device in a forward direction thereof to a paper loading tray and conveys the paper therefrom leftward to eject the paper to the paper exit part located on the left side of the post-printing processing device.

An image forming apparatus includes an operating section. The operating section projects forward from an upper housing of the image forming apparatus. The operating section includes an input section and a display section. The input section is for receiving input of image forming information. The display section is disposed adjacent to the input section and displays the image forming information thereon. A position of the display section is switchable between a first position and a second position. The first position is where the display section is flush with the input section. The second position is where the display section is tilted forward more than the input section, by turning the display section on a front edge side of the display section as a pivot to raise a rear edge side of the display section upward from the first position.

Image forming apparatus and operating device

A document conveying device of the present disclosure includes a feeding unit, a stopper, and a restriction surface. The feeding unit is swingably supported on a first swinging fulcrum and is disposed selectively at a paper feeding position or at a retracted position. The stopper is swingably supported on a second swinging fulcrum, and has a document restriction portion and an engagement piece. The restriction surface is provided on the main body side of the document conveying device, and extends downward from a position coinciding with a first trajectory toward an inner side of the first trajectory, while extending downward from a position coinciding with a second trajectory toward an inner side of the second trajectory. When the feeding unit is at the retracted position, the engagement piece is engaged with the restriction surface, and when the feeding unit is at the paper feeding position, the engagement therebetween is released.
