The first region (RG) contains a first organic material and a metal compound (a compound containing a metal element). The second region (RG) contains the first organic material and the metal compound. The average intensity of the SIMS profile of the metal element in the second region (RG) can be lower than the average intensity of the SIMS profile of the metal element in the first region (RG). Specifically, the average intensity of the SIMS profile of the metal element in the second region (RG) can be lower than 10%, preferably lower than 1.0%, of the average intensity of the SIMS profile of the metal element in the first region (RG).

Light-emitting device

Lighting apparatus and light emission control method

Disclosed are: a method for using a particular microRNA as a biomarker for head-and-neck tumor; a method for the determination of head-and-neck tumor; a kit for the determination of head-and-neck tumor, and the like. The present invention is characterized in that at least one microRNA selected from the group of microRNAs consisting of miR-455-3p, miR-455-5p, miR-130b, miR-130b*, miR-801, miR-196a, miR-21, miR-31, miR-133b, miR-145 and miR-375 is used as a biomarker for head-and-neck tumor.

Diagnosis/treatment option for head-and-neck tumor using micro-RNA as biomarker

It is to provide a novel head-and-neck tumor proliferation inhibitor, head-and-neck tumor metastasis inhibitor and pharmaceutical composition for treating a head-and-neck tumor. The present invention is characterized by using an inhibitory substance of a microRNA whose expression increases in a head-and-neck tumor and/or a promoting substance of a microRNA whose expression decreases in a head-and-neck tumor. Preferred examples of the microRNA whose expression increases in a head-and-neck tumor include miR-455-3p, miR-455-5p, miR-130b, miR-130b*, miR-801, miR-196a, miR-21 and miR-31. Preferred examples of the microRNA whose expression decreases in a head-and-neck tumor include miR-133b, miR-145 and miR-375.

Head-and-neck tumor proliferation inhibitor

An adhesive composition comprising natural rubber based particles uniformly dispersed in a radiation setting compound is cured by radiation to make a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on a substrate, thereby: sufficient adhesiveness is obtained; different fillers sufficiently charged; drying time after application is short; both overall application and pattern application are readily performed; application can be performed on different substrates; and sufficient adhesive strength between the substrate and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer can be realizes. This adhesive composition may be manufactured by: mixing aqueous emulsioncontaining the natural rubber based particlesand the radiation setting compound; elevating a temperature of the mixture while stirring; removing vaporized water in the aqueous emulsion; and replacing the water as the medium wherein the natural rubber based particles are dispersed with the radiation setting compound.

Radiation hardenable adhesive composition containing dispersed natural rubber fine particles

A microcapsule-containing oil-based coating liquid wherein the coating liquid comprises a hydrophobic core material-containing microcapsule particles dispersed individually in a state of primary particle in an oil varnish for ink use or a resin for coating use, and a solvent having an affinity for both the varnish or the resin and the surface of the microcapsule wall material in a state of having been attracted with the affinity to both the varnish or the resin and the surface layer of the microcapsule wall material. The preferred solvent is a lower divalent or multivalent alcohol. A preparative method of the foregoing coating liquid by utilizing vacuum distillation is also proposed. A sheet, like a duplicating sheet of paper coated with the foregoing oil-based coating liquid is further provided. According to the present invention, a water-based microcapsules system can be advantageously converted into an oil-based one without coagulating the primary microcapsule particles. There is no hardening and breakdown of the wall material during the process, and the original strength and the flexibility of the microcapsule wall material can be retained intact. Conventional pressure transferring-type printing machine may be employed to printing a selected area of the sheet.
