Provided is a storage holder including: a case body having a peripheral wall portion forming a rectangular-parallelepiped-shaped storage space by two short-side side wall portions and two long-side side wall portions, a bottom wall portion closing a lower end of the storage space, and an opening for keeping an upper end of the storage space opened; a support mechanism that includes first and second support members which advance/retract and project into inside of the storage space through side wall openings formed in the short-side side wall portions, respectively, so as to oppose each other, and a support urging member for urging the support members into inside of the storage space; a power feeding coil disposed outside one long-side side wall portion; and a contact auxiliary unit for assisting in contacting the mobile device held in the storage space with an inner surface of the one long-side side wall portion.

Storage holder

A battery pack structure includes a chamber, a cooling duct arranged outside the pack case, and a connector that communicates the chamber and the cooling duct with each other. The connector includes a first opening, which is connected with the chamber in a state of being sealed by a first sealing member, a second opening, which is connected with a cooling duct in a state of being sealed by a second sealing member, a first sealing surface, which is formed in a peripheral part of the first opening and is either a tube-shaped surface or a plane that faces a chamber inlet surface though the first sealing member, and a second sealing surface, which is formed in a peripheral part of the second opening and is a tube-shaped surface or a plane that faces a duct outlet surface through the second sealing member.

A process for manufacturing a register for ventilating air includes molding a deflector member having a plurality of shafts and a plurality of first deflector plates. The deflector member is made from a first resin. A connector member, which holds the plurality of shafts rotatably and connects the first deflector plates swingably, is molded from a second resin that possess characteristics that prohibit it from fusing with the first resin. Next, a frame-shaped member, made from a third resin and having a plurality of second deflector plates, is molded by the process. Then, the deflector member, which includes the connector member, is assembled with the frame-shaped member. A knob for operating the first deflector plates can be molded integrally with one of the first deflector plates.

Process for manufacturing a register for ventilating air

A method includes molding a set of deflector plates in a first mold with a first material, removing the deflector plates from the mold, and placing the deflector plates in a second mold, molding a duct to the deflector plates in the second mold using a second material. The molding includes forming an engaging rim in the duct for connecting the duct to another duct, and removing the deflector plates and the duct from the second mold. The deflector plates pivot with respect to the duct when the molding of the duct is finished.

Transfer register

A cup holder is arranged for withdrawal from and insertion into an accommodation case. The cup holder includes a frame plate, a cup inserting hole formed through the frame plate, and a cup receiving frame pivotally arranged on the frame plate for rotation, and receiving a cup at a location underneath the cup insertion hole. One of the frame plate and the cup capable of receiving frame is formed of a resin with a higher melting point and the other is formed of a lower melting point resin with a melting point lower than the higher melting point resin. The frame plate and the cup receiving frame are formed by a two-layer molding method wherein the higher melting point resin is cast by injection molding and then a lower melting point resin is cast by injection molding.

Cup holder

A skin covered lid consists of a substrate portion made from resin and a skin layer bonded onto the surface of the substrate portion. The substrate portion has a ceiling portion and side wall portions add also a boss for mounting a lock-plate. The side wall portions have a thickness generally larger than that of the ceiling portion and moreover have hollow portions and also have a hinge portion. The skin layer is fixed with its end portion contacting the side wall portion of the substrate portion.

Skin-covered lid

A cup holder has a retractable body and a receptacle. The receptacle is fixed to a vehicle and the body is slidably engaged with the receptacle and movable from a first retracted position inside the receptacle to second extracted, cup-holding position. A portion of the body extends outside the receptacle to hold a cup. The cup holder includes a movable cup support member moving with respect to the body from a first lifted position when the body is retracted to a second lowered position for supporting a bottom of the cup when the body is in the second cup-holding position. A cam surface is fixed to the receptacle. A follower is connected to the cup-support and engaging the cam surface such that the follower causes the cup support to pivot from its raised position to its lowered position according to the shape of the cam surface when the body is extended and from its first position to its second position. The follower is in continuous engagement with the cam surface at all positions of the body.

A drawer device or member is provided which is prevented from inadvertently moving of an arm rest at the time of either a sudden stop or very fast acceleration when starting. The drawer device comprises an outer member fixed in the arm rest and an inner member installed so as to be capable of sliding movement into and out of the outer member. A push type lock or open mechanism is positioned between the outer member and the inner member, and regulates movement of the inner member. Also included is a control device, which controls movement of the inner member by preventing release of the lock when the arm rest is in a substantially upright position, and releases the lock when the arm is in a substantially horizontal position.
