A stapler includes a handle unit connected to a driver unit by a transmission shaft portion provided between a fulcrum shaft portion and a driver, and configured to move the driver unit; a camshaft provided to a clincher unit; a cam groove portion provided to the handle unit, configured to permit the camshaft to enter, and having one open end portion to enable to the camshaft to be inserted/pulled out; a guide convex portion provided to the clincher unit, and a guide concave portion provided to the handle unit and configured to restrict a movement path of the handle unit with respect to the clincher unit.

Staple

A sheet processing apparatus is provided with an operation member and an motion member that rotates with a force of the operation member through the connection part and applies force to an acting member. A fulcrum of a rotating operation of the operation member moves depending on an operation of the operation member. A first length between the fulcrum and a part at which the operation member is applied with the force and a second length between the fulcrum and a part at which the force is applied from the operation member to the motion member are changed.

Sheet processing apparatus

An assembly of elongate, substantially parallel, interlinked staples includes multiple paper-made staples. For binding a plurality of binding sheets, the leg portions of a staple are bent in a first direction, inserted through the binding sheets, and bent in a second direction along the binding sheets to be mutually bonded. Each staple has interlinking portions, for mutually interlinking adjacent staples, in the vicinity of the ends thereof and a slit between the interlinking portions to separate the mutually interlinked staples. The first leg portion of each staple has an adhesion portion in the vicinity of the opposite end thereof for mutually bonding both the leg portions when the leg portions are bent in the second direction. Each staple is tapered at each end towards the tips of the staple. Each staple has a hole between the slit and the interlinking portion.

Staple strip and staple cartridge

To provide interlinked staples which are made possible to be fed accurately in the inside of a stapler and a staple cartridge which houses these interlinked staples. The interlinked staplesare constituted by interlinking a plurality of stapleseach of which has an elongated and straight-formed shape. The vicinities of the edge portions in the longitudinal direction of the each stapleare formed in trapezoidal shapes, and the widths are tapered toward the tips thereof. Also, adhesion portionscoated with adhesive agent are provided on the rear surfaces of the vicinities of both the edge portions in the longitudinal direction of the each staple. Also, there are provided elliptical feeding holesat predetermined positions from both the edge portions of the side by which each stapleis interlinked. A portion between two feeding holesis made to be a slit portionand the respective staplesare cut off perfectly thereby. Portions on the outside of the two feeding holesand until both the edge portions of the side by which each stapleis interlinked are operated as staple interlinking portionsand the respective staplesbecome in a state of being interlinked.

A clincher unit is provided with a pair of clinchers for bending two legs of a staple; and a clincher driving mechanism for rotating and moving the clinchers in separating/contacting directions. The clincher driving mechanism moves the pair of clinchers in an approaching direction each other, as a movement of starting to bend the legs of the staple having penetrated the sheets.

Stapler

The invention is directed to prevention of interference of an operation of mounting proper electronic components and improvement of usability without reduction of a manufacturing speed of printed boards. Suction states of electronic components held by suction by suction nozzles are detected by a line sensor unit. When the detection result shows that there is an improper electronic component, the improper electronic component is disposed of, and after the disposal a component recognition camera takes images of electronic components judged proper as a result of the detection and a recognition processing device performs a recognition process. When the recognition result shows that there is an improper electronic component, the improper electronic component is disposed of, and after the disposal only electronic components judged proper as a result of the recognition are mounted on a printed board.

Method of mounting electronic component

A tape type binding apparatus includes a cutter portion formed in a U-shape inside which a paper staple is held, a paper table formed with a drawing hole through which cutter blades of the cutter portion can be inserted, a pair of pressing members arranged on respective sides of the drawing hole, and a pressing piece arranged below the center of the drawing hole. The cutter blades and leg portions of the paper staple penetrate a stack of sheets placed on the paper table by moving down the cutter portion, the pair of pressing members folds the leg portions of the paper staple to inner sides by moving toward the center of the drawing hole through rectangular holes formed on respective cutter blades, and the pressing piece presses and bonds the folded leg portions by relatively moving up with respect to the paper table.

Tape type binding apparatus and paper staple

To provide a staple using insertion-cutting blades that are manufacturable inexpensively, by which the strength of the insertion-cutting blades that are necessary when penetrating binding sheets is secured and the penetration of a staple through the binding sheets is executed reliably. The stapler is constituted by including a handle, a frame and a base. The frame is provided, in the vicinity of the front edge portion of a feeding path through which the interlinked staples are fed, with a driver executing the penetration of the staple with respect to the binding sheets. Punching blades are mounted respectively on the right and the left of a staple push down unit at the lower edge portion of the driver main body portion. Each punching blade has a predetermined length and is provided with a blade edge at one edge portion. Also, each punching blade is provided, in the vicinity of the edge portion including the blade edge, with a protrusion portion which has a slope surface at least on a side of the blade edge and which is protruded by a predetermined amount thereof. Here, the protrusion portion is not formed with the full width of the cutting blade, and each cutting blade has a linear portion that is continuous from one edge portion to the other edge portion in the longitudinal direction.

Electronic component mounting method

This invention provides an electronic component mounting apparatus which can detects an electronic component held by a suction nozzle without fail after a mounting operation of electronic components on a printed board and perform various processes in a case where the electronic component is held by the suction nozzle. The electronic component mounting apparatus has a line sensor unit for detecting presence or absence and a posture of an electronic component, a component recognition camera for recognizing a position of the electronic component held by suction by the suction nozzle, and a CPU for controlling the suction nozzle to discharge the electronic component in an exhaust box and controlling to skip this suction nozzle in a case where the line sensor unit does not detect the electronic component held by the suction nozzle when the line sensor unit performs detection whether or not the electronic component is held by the suction nozzle after a mounting operation of the electronic component held by the suction nozzle on a printed board, but in a case where the component recognition camera detects the electronic component held by the suction nozzle.

Electronic component mounting apparatus

An electronic component mounting apparatus is configured to adjust a positional relationship between two axes when an error occurs in the positional relationship between the axes when a beam is moved by two drive sources. According to movement of the beam for component picking and mounting operations, linear scale signals from linear scale reading heads are inputted to a Ydriver and a Ydriver, respectively. Each of the Ydriver and the Ydriver calculates a difference between positions of the drive axes of the beam and controls a moving member of a linear motor based on the difference so as to increase thrust of one drive axis when the one drive axis is in a more backward position than another drive axis and to reduce the thrust of one drive axis when the one drive axis in a more forward position than another drive axis.

Bearing pieces are formed on both sides of the rear end of a clincher arm which includes a clincher table for bending a staple at the front end thereof. A magazine member to which staples are loaded and a driver arm for driving out a staple fed from the magazine member are pivotally mounted on an axle, which is provided at the rear ends of the bearing pieces. A handle member is rotatably disposed above the driver arm. A rotation supporting shaft of the handle member is provided at a position somewhat closer to the front than the axle of the bearing pieces. A pin, which is provided at a position closer to the front than the rotation supporting shaft of the handle member, is inserted into an elongated hole formed in each side plate of the driver arm.
