A fuel injection valve includes: a holder which accommodates a valve body, has a surface magnetically facing the outer periphery of an armature, and is joined to a core; a housing which is press-fitted onto the outer periphery of the holder and accommodates a coil; and a cap which covers the fuel upstream side of the coil in a lid shape and is press-fitted onto the outer periphery of the core. The lower surface of the cap is brought into contact with the upper end surface of the housing in a radially slidable state and then an outer peripheral portion of a contact surface between the cap and the housing is joined by laser welding.

Fuel injection valve

A holder of a fuel injection valve is press-inserted to a housing of the fuel injection valve so as to be fixed to the housing, a cap of the fuel injection valve includes a notch portion for notching an annular portion, and is arranged in such a way that an inner circumference surface of the cap is faced to an outer circumference surface of a core of the fuel injection valve via a gap, and an electrode terminal of the fuel injection valve is connected to a terminal of a solenoid of the fuel injection valve via the notch portion of the cap.

Fuel injection valve and manufacturing method for fuel injection valve

In a fuel injection valve, a bobbin includes a bobbin main body serving as a part around which a coil is wound, and a terminal housing portion projecting upward from a part of a circumferential direction of the bobbin main body. The terminal housing portion is exposed to the exterior of a cap. A terminal is inserted into the terminal housing portion and electrically connected to the coil. A gap is provided between the core and a housing portion inner surface serving as a core side surface of the terminal housing portion. Resin used to form the connector mold penetrates the gap.

An object of the present invention is to prevent a short circuit and disconnection between coil wiresin a crossing portionin a solenoid deviceof a fuel injection valvethat has a structure in which the coil wiresintersect with each other on a winding initiation sideand a winding completion sideof the coil wires A groove that is deeper in depth than the coil wireis disposed in a bobbin, around which the coil wireis wound, and the winding initiation side and the winding completion side of the coil wire is separated into upper and lower stages of a groove portion in the crossing portion.

Electromagnetic fuel injection valve

A fuel injection valve includes a solenoid device which generates a magnetic sucking force; a core provided inside the solenoid device; a movable valve element composed of an armature coming into contact with the core, a pipe section whose one end is joined to the armature, and a valve section joined to the other end of the pipe section, the valve element being suctioned against a spring during energization of the solenoid device; and a valve seat unit having a valve seat to or from which the valve element is mounted or removed by the magnetic sucking force generated from the solenoid device and pressing force of the spring. The armature, the valve section, and the pipe section of the valve element are integrally configured by molding with resin, the armature and the valve section being joined by the pipe section.

Fuel injection valve and method of manufacturing the same

The objective of the present invention is to realize the structure, of a fuel injection valve, in which bouncing of the needle can be suppressed and the armature position can be fixed while the valve is closed, without increasing the number of components and the number of processes. In a fuel injection valve including an armature that is repelled or attracted by a core, by de-energizing or energizing a coil, a needle that opens or closes a valve seat in accordance with a reciprocal travel of the armature, and a valve-closing spring that biases the needle so as to close the valve, when the coil is de-energized, the valve-closing spring is disposed on the armature, and the needle and the armature are fixed in such a way that the armature can travel in an axis direction by a predetermined amount with respect to the needle.

The objective of the present invention is to realize the structure, of a fuel injection valve, in which bouncing of the needle can be suppressed and the armature position can be fixed while the valve is closed, without increasing the number of components and the number of processes.
