A three-dimensional shaping device includes a laser irradiation unit (), a shroud (), and a protection member (). The laser irradiation unit includes an optical system (). The shroud () includes an inside space (S) that extends from one end opening portion () to another end opening portion (). The protection member () is formed of a transparent material and is arranged at the one end opening portion () of the shroud () and causes a laser light emitted from the laser irradiation unit () to be transmitted therethrough so that a three-dimensional shaped object is fabricated in a shaping area by sintering or melting and solidifying a powder. 3-dimensional object-forming apparatus

The present invention is a laser processing device wherein adhesion of fumes to a lens can be effectively avoided. The laser processing device is provided with a laser scanner provided with protective glass on a laser output opening, and a cylindrical member having a through path through which the laser output via the protective glass passes formed on the center side in the direction of the radius. A cylindrically shaped filter is disposed on an inside wall part of the cylindrical member facing the through path. The cylindrical member discharges a gas into the through path from the filter.

A shaped object shaped by a shaping method includes a structure that is shaped by stacking plural constituent layers and a ceiling wall to support the structure. The structure includes plural spiral form parts. Each spiral form part has a cross section in an elliptic shape and extends in a stacking direction while turning with respect to a center position of the elliptic shape. The plural spiral form parts are disposed in matrix in a state where the center positions are separated from each other by a predetermined distance. The spiral form parts that are adjacently disposed in a row direction and a column direction are shaped so that the turning directions are opposite. In at least one cross section of the structure, the major axes of the spiral form parts that are adjacent in the row direction and the column direction are orthogonal to each other.

Shaping method and shaped object

The three-dimensional object building apparatus includes a powder delivering unit that delivers a powder on an object building area, a powder flattening device that flattens the powder delivered from the powder delivering unit to form a powder layer, and a light beam radiating unit that is disposed above the object building area and radiates a light beam on the powder layer to sinter or melt solidify the powder for building an object. The three-dimensional object building apparatus also includes a transferring mechanism that moves the light beam radiating unit in three-dimensional directions, and a shroud that moves integrally with the light beam radiating unit and surrounds a space above an area of the powder layer that is smaller than the object building area around a radiation of the light beam. The powder delivering unit and the powder flattening device move integrally with the light beam radiating unit.

Three-dimensional object building apparatus and method for building three-dimensional object

Motor-generators are arranged both at front and rear wheels so as to be capable of using all of four wheels for regeneration. The horizontal axis indicates deceleration of a vehicle, and the vertical axis indicates braking forces for the front and rear wheels, respectively above and below the horizontal axis. A setting value indicates a limit braking force for the rear wheels to be locked. A frictional braking force and a regenerative braking force at the rear wheels are controlled so that the total braking force for the rear wheels does not exceed the setting value.

An aluminum alloy casting free from crack-causing needle-shaped crystallized substances, and an apparatus and a method for producing a slide member excellent in mechanical properties such as abrasion resistance are provided. A melt of an iron-containing aluminum alloy poured into a vessel in the completely liquid state is vibrated by a vibrating needle of a vibration applying unit, and then a core is inserted into the melt to cool the melt, whereby the aluminum alloy casting is produced as a sleeve of a slide member. The vibrating step is carried out at a frequency of 20 to 1000 Hz, and is continued until just before the melt is cooled to the solid-liquid coexisting temperature region.
