A needle screw fitted to a compressed fluid supply part that is provided on a nozzle main body of a dust removing device adjusts the jet flow rate of a first compressed fluid from a jet nozzle by adjusting the flow path area of a first fluid supply path. Meanwhile, the suction flow rate of a second compressed fluid to be discharged into a discharge flow path is adjusted by adjusting the flow path area of a second fluid supply path by turning a nozzle main body-side adjustment screw that is provided on the nozzle main body and a suction nozzle-side adjustment screw that is provided on a suction nozzle.

Dust removing device and dust removing system

Disclosed is an electric actuator capable of effectively absorbing shock exerted on its component part. The electric actuator has a housing, a rod cover, a piston, a feed screw, a sliding nut, two piston dampers for absorbing shock exerted on the piston, a first end damper attached to one of the opposite ends of the housing, a second end damper attached to the rod cover. The sliding nut is axially displaceable relative to the piston when the piston damper absorbs shock.

Electric actuator capable of converting rotational motion to a linear motion

A guide mechanism, which guides a slider along an inner wall surface of a frame, includes a plurality of resin sliding members retained by the slider. The plurality of resin sliding members include a pair of first resin sliding members that make sliding movement along first sliding grooves formed in a bottom wall section of the frame, a pair of second resin sliding members that make sliding movement along second sliding grooves formed in side wall sections of the frame, and a pair of third resin sliding members that make sliding movement along third sliding grooves formed in the side wall sections.

Helical gears, which are provided for a sun gear, planet gears, and an internal gear, have helix angles &#x3b8; of not less than 25 degrees and not more than 45 degrees. Pawls provided for lock sections and internal gear lock receiving sections of the internal gear have rising angles &#x3b3;, respectively, that satisfy the relational expression, 0 &#x2266;tan &#x3b3;&#x3c;(&#x3b7;&#xb7;di)/{dp&#xb7;tan(90&#x2212;&#x3b1;)}, wherein &#x3b1; is the helix angle of the sun gear, &#x3b7; is the screw efficiency of the sun gear as a sliding screw, dp is the pitch circle diameter of the sun gear, and di is an outer diameter of the internal gear defining a center of application of torque of the pawls.

Automatic speed reducing ratio-switching apparatus

Pressed shape steel, made of a low cost general steel material that is not hardened, forms a frame with long grooves cut therein. Guide rails, made of a specialized steel material that can be subjected to a hardening treatment, are hardened. Thereafter, outer surfaces of the hardened guide rails are ground and the guide rails are integrally joined in the long grooves. Ball-rolling grooves are formed in the guide rails, thereby completing a guide-equipped frame for an actuator. Because the general steel material and the specialized steel material are principally ferrous materials, both exhibiting a Young's modulus at or above 170 GPa with substantially the same coefficient of linear thermal expansion, the frame needn't be increased in size or have a complex internal structure to reinforce the strength of the frame, and the guide rails remain securely retained in the grooves even if the actuator experiences changes in temperature.

Method for producing actuator having guide-equipped frame

An actuator control system comprises an electric actuator, a driver, and a controller. The electric actuator is provided with a buffering mechanism which absorbs impact applied to a piston rod. The buffering mechanism includes piston dampers which absorb impact applied to a piston, a first end damper which is provided at an end of a housing facing the piston, and a second end damper which is provided on a rod cover separated from the housing by a predetermined distance.

Actuator control system

Helical gears are used for a sun gear, planet gears, and an internal gear. Accordingly, when a load, which exceeds a preset torque, is applied to the internal gear, the internal gear is moved in a direction toward an input shaft or a direction toward an output shaft while making rotation in a direction different from that of the sun gear to automatically switch the speed reducing ratio.

Electric cylinder with guide

A rotary driving source is connected to one end of a frame. The rotary driving force of the rotary driving source is transmitted to a slider by the aid of a driving pulley, a belt member, and a driven pulley. The slider is displaced in the axial direction of the frame while being guided by a guide mechanism. Each of the frame and the slider is formed of, for example, an aluminum alloy. First guide rails are installed in the frame and second guide rails are installed in side surfaces of the slider. The first guide rails and the second guide rails are formed of a metal material subjected to a hardening treatment.

An electric actuator comprises a gear mechanism which transmits the rotary driving force of a rotary driving source, and a ball spline mechanism which includes a ball spline shaft provided movably back and forth from a connecting block to the outside and which converts a rotary motion transmitted by the gear mechanism into a rectilinear motion. The electric actuator has a ball spline nut which is externally fitted to the ball spline shaft to be meshed with the gear mechanism and which is integrally formed with a gear section having a plurality of teeth arranged circumferentially about the gear section.

A clamp apparatus has a lower body. A rotary driving source driven by an electric signal, a pump mechanism having a pressure oil-sucking/discharging mechanism energized/deenergized by the rotary driving source, a cylinder mechanism provided with a piston for moving in an axial direction in accordance with supply of pressure oil, and an accumulator for retaining the pressure oil are integrally assembled to the lower body.

In an actuator, displacement resistance in axial movement of a slider is reduced to improve durability and enhance maintainability. At each side of the actuator, a slit is made between a top cover and a side cover. Magnetic bodies are provided on the surfaces of both side walls of the slit which face a fixing block of a slider and a magnetic fluid with a viscosity, surface tension, etc. is held between the magnetic bodies. At each side, the fixing block of the slider axially moves along the slit which is closed by the magnetic bodies.
