An extruding mechanism for a tubular bag and a method of extruding the contents of a tubular bag are provided, by which a sealing material or the like is extruded and discharged from a tubular bag with an extruding gun for a cartridge container, and which reduces the amount of discarded waste, thereby serving as one solution to environmental problems. The extruding mechanism includes an extruding gun having a holding base, and a stationary holding plate disposed on a front end portion of the holding base. The holding plate is provided with a notched portion opened upward. An extruding rod is equipped at its leading end with a pressing plate. A cylindrical member having a cylinder body is set on the holding base and accommodates the tubular bag and is opened at both ends, and a piston body is inserted into the cylinder body. A head adapter includes a base plate and has an outer surface side located on an inner surface of the stationary holding plate, an inner surface side thereof with which the opening end portions of the cylinder body are brought into contact, and an opening portion. A nozzle body has a discharge hole at its leading end, the nozzle body being attached to the opening portion of the head adapter.

Extruding mechanism for film packs

There is provided a container for display and storage comprising a body rectangular base sheet and a lid rectangular base sheet connected in a double spread sheet (or folded) condition by a folding line along the longitudinal direction. The present invention relates to an improvement of a discharge container with a nozzle for housing a liquid, for example, an instantaneous adhesive or another moisture curing type adhesive, various adhesives such as solvent volatilizing type adhesive, various chemicals, foods, inks and medical supplies. The present invention is a discharge container with a nozzle which includes a container body for housing contents, a nozzle threadly attached to the container body, and a dual-shoulder type protective frame having a neck hole, wherein the base end of the mouth of the container body is inserted through the neck hole of the dual-shoulder type protective frame, and the container body is threadly attached to the nozzle, thereby allowing them to be made a one-piece structure. The present invention is a highly safe and easy-to-use container which can house a relatively high viscosity liquid such as jelly-like and grease-like ones, be stood up, discharge the contents smoothly until before the last service, provide no liquid run and leakage, and discharge the contents completely until before the last service. Particularly, the container of the present invention is excellent in safety and operability such that the container is opened or closed through the protective frame without directly touching the container body, so that the tube when used is not deformed or broken until before the last service.

Discharge container with nozzle

A composite container for low viscosity liquids, capable of discharging the contents completely, without producing dripping of liquids after discharging adhesives, medicines, foods, ink and other low viscosity liquids. The container includes an inner container which contains the contents and includes an opening for discharging the contents, and an outer casing container covering the inner container body. The present invention relates to an improvement of a nozzle cap for a composite container containing a low-viscosity liquid such as a humidity-curing type adhesive of .alpha.-cyanoacrylate-based adhesive, solvent-volatile type adhesive, various chemicals, food, and ink. A container is provided with a nozzle cap which includes a nozzle connected to a container body and a cap threadably mounted to the nozzle for closing a discharge port of the nozzle. A head of the cap is provided with a column element projecting inwardly for closing the nozzle and a head of the column element is provided with a concave hole into which the tip of the nozzle is removably inserted or fitted. A superior, unique effect is exhibited such that the closure of the nozzle is easily and completely performed, and adhesive or the like adhering to the tip of the nozzle does not spread around and cure, thereby preventing formation of an umbrella- or mushroom-shaped solid material.

A tool for squeezing out a high-viscosity liquid from a flexible plastic tube container includes a spool having a slot in which the bottom of the tube container is received and locked, and a container holder having a pair of opposed bearing portions frictionally and rotatably supporting thereon a body of the spool, and a pair of opposed engagement portions engageable with a body of the tube container as the tube container is wound on the spool body from the bottom thereof. When a rotational force or torque on the spool is released, the spool is urged to rotate in the reverse direction by a resilient force stored in a portion of the flexible plastic tube container wound on the spool body. However, partly due to a friction acting between the spool body and the bearing portions, and partly due to the engagement between one of the engagement portions and the tube container, the spool is held immovable relative to the container holder against the resilient force of the tube container.
