The present invention provides a method for continuously manufacturing a stretchable sheet () with a thread-shaped elastic body () fixed between a pair of belt-shaped sheets () in a stretched state, the method including a supply process of introducing the fed thread-shaped elastic body () to elastic body winding means () in a stretched state, a conveyance process of continuously winding the thread-shaped elastic body () to a thread-conveying longitudinal structure () using the elastic body winding means () and conveying the wound thread-shaped elastic body in a longitudinal direction of the structure (), and an integration process of fixing the thread-shaped elastic body () as sandwiching between the sheets (). In the supply process, the thread-shaped elastic body () is introduced to the elastic body winding means () while adjusting a speed of the thread-shaped elastic body () to be equal to or higher than a winding speed against the pair of conveying belts () with speed adjusting means (B) which is arranged at the upstream side of the elastic body winding means ().

Method for manufacturing stretchable sheet

In the present invention, one surface of a belt-shaped sheet laminate (), in which a plurality of sheets are laminated, is pressed against a support member () having a light passage section () through which a laser beam () can pass, and the belt-shaped sheet laminate () is irradiated, from the support member () side via the light passage section (), with a laser beam () to cut and fusion-bond the belt-shaped sheet laminate (), thereby sealed edge sections () are formed by fusion-bonding the edge sections of the plurality of sheets.

Apparatus for manufacturing stretchable sheet

A bulking apparatus includes a hot air generator, an air supply duct having an inlet for receiving hot air and an outlet for delivering hot air to nonwoven fabric, and a sucking part sucking in hot air delivered from the outlet and passed through nonwoven fabric. The air supply duct has an inflow portion leading hot air introduced into the inlet to flow in parallel to the transverse direction of the nonwoven fabric and an outflow portion forming an angle with the inflow portion leading hot air flowing through the inflow portion to the outlet. The air supply duct has a plurality of baffle plates disposed therein, each baffle plate having a flow-facing part and a flow-guiding part located in the inflow and outflow portions, respectively.
