In making busbar conductors, this invention saves the material of busbars that form the circuits on the boards to lower the cost, and improves the workability of the busbars to be punched. In busbar conductors each having a plurality of busbars of desired patterns arranged on an insulating substrate, the busbars are punched out selectively from two or more conductive materials with different conductivities.

Busbar conductor

A flat wire harness attaching unit for installing a flat wire harness onto a vehicle body. The flat wire harness is composed of a plurality of wires covered with synthetic resin insulation which wires are bundled and united into a flat integral structure by melting the synthetic resin insulation. The wire harness attaching unit has a clip section and an attaching section. The clip section is provided for association with a vehicle body side whereas the attaching section is made of a material capable of being made integral with the synthetic resin insulation through fusion to be secured to one of the surfaces of the flat wire harness. The clip section may be integral with or separate from the attaching section.

Flat wire harness attaching unit

A method for providing a receptacle includes the steps of: providing a stamped blank having a strip-like conductor which includes longitudinal edges (7), a resilient contact plate, a connective plate having a first portion and a second portion, and at least one projection: a first bending step for bending the extension such that flat surfaces of the projection are perpendicular to flat surfaces of the resilient contact plate; a second bending step, conducted after the first bending step, for bending the first portion of said conductive plate such that flat surfaces of the resilient contact plate are perpendicular to flat surfaces of the strip-like conductor; and a third bending step, conducted after the second bending step, for bending the first portion of the connective plate such that the flat surfaces of the at least one projection are perpendicular to the flat surfaces of the strip-like conductor.
