A cleaning device is configured to include a first cleaning tank that holds water to which a small amount of an additive is added as a first cleaning fluid, a second cleaning tank that holds water, a water-based cleaning agent, an alkaline cleaning fluid, or a hydrophilic organic solvent as a second cleaning fluid, a first microscopic air bubble generation device, a first circulating pump, an ultrasonic wave emitting device, and a carrier device. Hydrophobic oil is removed by a cleaning target being exposed to the first cleaning fluid including microscopic air bubbles sprayed from a nozzle in an interior of the first cleaning tank, after which hydrophilic oil is removed by ultrasonic cleaning in the second cleaning tank.

Cleaning device

An irradiation device increasing the lighting depth and facilitating the assembling is provided. A transparent bar-shaped light guide having LEDs disposed near ends thereof includes a first prism group and a first reflector, and, a second prism group and a reflector which are provided so as to extend in a lengthwise direction and which diffuse and reflect light. The light guide includes a first light outgoing area emitting reflected light as primary light Lm, and a second light outgoing area emitting reflected light as secondary light Ls. The first light outgoing area includes a plane portion forming a flat surface. A plane mirror reflects the secondary light Ls in a direction overlapping the primary light Lm in a read area.

It is intended to provide a volatile organic compound treatment apparatus having: an absorption treatment chamber in which absorption frames having absorbents for absorbing volatile organic compounds are aligned in a direction of a gas flow; an absorbent recovery treatment chamber that is provided with a discharge unit having a high voltage electrode, a ground electrode, and a dielectric; and a transfer mechanism for transferring the absorption frames present in an upstream of the gas flow to the absorbent recovery treatment chamber and transferring the absorption frames in the absorbent recovery treatment chamber to a downstream of the gas flow. The volatile organic compound treatment apparatus is capable of decomposing VOC without generating a large amount of harmful NOx and reduced in apparatus cost.

Apparatus for volatile organic compound treatment and method of volatile organic compound treatment

A gear disengaging mechanism for use in a movable toy which mechanism disengages automatically the engagement between a first gear receiving the rotation from a driving section and a second gear being pushed by a spring. The bearing hole for the shaft of the second gear is a slot in which one end portion of the shaft is moved. The shaft that is moved in the bearing hole is urged toward one side by the spring member one end of which is fixed to a frame body, thus gears are releasably engaged together. When a gear on the driven side is forcibly stopped, the gear shaft is shifted along the bearing hole against the force of the spring member and the engagement of gears is released. Further, between the driving section and the driven section is disposed a gear changing mechanism with which the gear change is carried out by moving a gear shaft in its axial direction.
