The present invention provides a glove comprises a main body adapted to receive a wearer's hand and a wrist cuff suspended over the main body. The main body further comprises a plurality of finger parts and a back hand part. The back hand part comprises a first protective panel hingedly connected at one end to the main body so that the first protective panel is suspend over the main body and slidably overlapped with a second protective panel. As the first protective panel slides over the second protective panel following the bending action of the fingers, a coordinated movement of the hand can be achieved. The second protective panel is also hingedly connected to the main body suspended over the main body and the wrist cuff, which allows for more coordinated rotating movement of the hand and the wrist following the bending action of the fingers.

A ball catching apparatus according to the present invention comprises a main body in which a back-of-hand-side inner skin and a palm-side inner skin are respectively securely fitted to a back-of-hand-side outer skin and a palm-side outer skin, wherein a hand can be inserted into between the back-of-hand-side inner skin and the palm-side inner skin, an intermediate layer secured to one or both of the palm-side outer skin and the palm-side inner skin is interposed between the palm-side outer skin and the palm-side inner skin, and an air layer is formed between the intermediate layer and the palm-side outer skin and between the intermediate layer and the palm-side inner skin.

A ball-catching apparatus includes a main body; a first piece attached to the main body via a first inner leather piece near a thumb pocket of the main body; a second piece attached to the main body via a second inner leather piece for wrapping the little finger and the ring finger; a first band member attached at its one end to the first piece and being free at the other end; and a second band member attached at its one end to the second piece and being free at the other end. The first band member and the second band member are connectable and disconnectable to each other for fastening the thumb inserted into the thumb pocket and for exerting and releasing pressing force on the little and ring fingers.
