A thermoplastic resin composition including a fluororesin (A) and a crosslinked fluoroelastomer (B), wherein the fluororesin (A) is a copolymer that contains a chlorotrifluoroethylene unit and a tetrafluoroethylene unit and that has at least one functional group selected from a carbonyl group, an olefinic group and an amino group at a main chain terminal or side chain terminal of the polymer. The crosslinked fluoroelastomer (B) is obtained by subjecting a fluoroelastomer (b) to a dynamic crosslinking treatment along with a polyamine compound (c) having a thermal decomposition temperature of 210° C. or higher and a crosslinking accelerator (d) in the presence of the fluororesin (A) under conditions for melting the fluororesin (A). Also disclosed is a method for producing the thermoplastic composition, a molded article formed from the thermoplastic composition, and a laminated product including a resin layer formed from the thermoplastic composition.

Thermoplastic resin composition comprising a fluororesin and a crosslinked fluoroelastomer and method for producing the same

Provided is a fluororubber composition capable of providing a crosslinked fluororubber article that exhibits not only heat resistance, but also excellent mechanical properties at high temperatures. The fluororubber composition includes a fluororubber (A), a carbon black (B), and an aromatic petroleum resin (E), and the fluororubber composition has a difference δG′ (G′ (1%)−G′ (100%)) of not lower than 120 kPa and not higher than 3,000 kPa, where G′ (1%) denotes a shear modulus at a dynamic strain of 1%, G′ (100%) denotes a shear modulus at a dynamic strain of 100%, and G′ (1%) and G′ (100%) are determined by a dynamic viscoelasticity test carried out on an unvulcanised rubber with a rubber process analyzer (RPA) in a condition that the measurement frequency is 1 Hz and the measurement temperature is 100° C.

Fluororubber composition

A thermoplastic resin composition including a fluororesin (A) and a crosslinked fluoroelastomer (B). The fluororesin (A) is a copolymer containing a chlorotrifluoroethylene unit and a tetrafluoroethylene unit and having at least one functional group selected from a carbonyl group, an olefinic group and an amino group at a main chain terminal or side chain terminal of the polymer. The crosslinked fluoroelastomer (B) is obtained by subjecting a fluoroelastomer (b) to a dynamic crosslinking treatment along with a polyamine compound (c) having a thermal decomposition temperature of 210&#xb0; C. or higher and a crosslinking accelerator (d) in the presence of the fluororesin (A) under conditions for melting the fluororesin (A). Further, a mass ratio between the fluororesin (A) and the fluoroelastomer (b) (fluororesin (A)/fluoroelastomer (b)) is less than 70/30 and 20/80 or more. Also disclosed is a method for producing the composition as well as various molded and laminated products formed therefrom.

A fluororubber composition which includes a fluororubber (A) and a carbon black (B). The fluororubber (A) is a vinylidene fluoride-based fluororubber including a structural unit (VdF unit) derived from vinylidene fluoride and a structural unit derived from at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of hexafluoropropylene (HFP), 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoro propylene, and perfluoro(alkyl vinyl ether) (PAVE). The molar ratio of the VdF unit to the structural unit derived from at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of HFP, 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoro propylene, and PAVE is 50/50 to 78/22. The invention provides a fluororubber composition able to produce a crosslinked fluororubber article that exhibits not only heat resistance, but also excellent mechanical properties at high temperatures, and a method for producing same. The fluororubber composition contains: a fluororubber (A); and carbon black (B), wherein when the aforementioned fluororubber composition is immersed for 160 hours in an extraction solvent of acetone and hexane at an acetone:hexane mass ratio of 42.29:57.71 at 40&#xb0; C. and an extraction residue that is not extracted and remains as a solid is separated from the aforementioned extraction solvent and dried and then the dry weight of the extraction residue is measured, the quantity of a solvent-insoluble polymer is not lower than 5%.

Fluororubber composition and method for producing same

This invention provides a process for producing 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene, the process comprising: (1) a first reaction step of reacting hydrogen fluoride with at least one chlorine-containing compound selected from the group consisting of a chloropropane represented by Formula (1): CClXCHClCHCl, wherein each X is the same or different and is CI or F, a chloropropene represented by Formula (2): CClYCCl&#x2550;CH, wherein each Y is the same or different and is CI or F, and a chloropropene represented by Formula (3): CZ&#x2550;CClCHCl, wherein each Z is the same or different and is CI or F in a gas phase in the absence of a catalyst while heating; and (2) a second reaction step of reacting hydrogen fluoride with a reaction product obtained in the first reaction step in a gas phase in the presence of a fluorination catalyst while heating. According to the process of this invention, 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene (HFO-1234yf) can be obtained with high selectivity, and catalyst deterioration can be suppressed.
