The compounds of the present invention are represented by the following compounds having Formula I and Formula (I′): where the substituents R, R, R, R, R, R, R', R″, X, Y, and Z are as defined herein and where the substituents R, R, R, R, R, R', R″, X, Y, and Z are as defined herein.
