A molding apparatus reduces waviness or deformation of fibers. The molding apparatus includes a fiber feeder () that feeds fibers () to a lamination area () long in a first direction, a resin composition feeder () that feeds a resin composition () to the lamination area (), an impregnator () that impregnates the fibers () fed to the lamination area () with the resin composition (), a curing accelerator () that accelerates curing of the resin composition () fed to the lamination area () while the fibers () fed in the lamination area () are being tensioned, and a transporter () that relatively moves the devices (, and) in the first direction with respect to the lamination area (). The resin composition () contains an epoxy resin (A), a cyanate resin (B), and an aromatic amine curing agent (C) that is liquid at 25° C.

Molding apparatus, manufacturing method, and fiber reinforced resin material

A driving circuit applies a voltage to a switching element to switch between an ON state and an OFF state. The switching element includes a control terminal, a high-potential terminal, and a low-potential terminal, and is switched between the ON state and the OFF state depending on the voltage of the control terminal in a case in which a potential of the low-potential terminal is defined as a reference potential. The driving circuit includes a negative-voltage power supply for applying a negative voltage as the voltage to the control terminal when the switching element is switched from the ON state to the OFF state, and a voltage changing unit for changing the voltage immediately before the switching element is switched from the OFF state to the ON state to be higher than the negative voltage immediately after the switching element is switched from the ON state to the OFF state.

Driving circuit

A resonant power conversion device includes: a main circuit provided with a semiconductor switch, a capacitor and an inductor connected in series or parallel to the semiconductor switch; and a drive circuit configured to drive the switching element. The switching element enters an off-state or an on-state depending on a control voltage input to a gate terminal, and the drive circuit includes two or more types of control voltages, as a control voltage at which the switching element enters an off-state.

A drive device wherein a main switching element is connected to a main current path, an input terminal of the switching element on the higher potential side and an output terminal of the switching element on the lower potential side are electrically connected to a control terminal of the main switching element, a first resistance is connected between an input terminal of the switching element on the lower potential side and a control terminal of the main switching element, a first capacitor is parallelly connected to the first resistance, and a second capacitor is connected between a connection point of the first resistance and a control terminal of the main switching element and a terminal on the higher potential side of the main switching element.

Drive device

A switching device according to the present invention comprises: a main circuit including a switching element; a control circuit which generates a control signal for switching the switching element between an on state and an off state; and a first signal line and a second signal line which transfer the control signal outputted from the control circuit, to the main circuit. The value of the characteristic impedance (Z) of the first and second signal lines is set between the value of the output impedance (Z) of the control circuit and the value of the input impedance (Z) of the main circuit.
