A gas turbine plant comprises an air compressor, gas turbine including at least one high temperature section, a driven equipment, which are operatively connected in series, a gas turbine combustor arranged between the air compressor and the gas turbine, a fuel system disposed for supplying a fuel to the gas turbine combustor, and a heat exchange section for heating the fuel from the fuel by means of a high pressure air as a heating medium fed from the air compressor.

A gas turbine plant comprises an air compressor, gas turbine turbine including at least one high temperature section, a driven equipment, which are operatively connected in series, a gas turbine combustor arranged between the air compressor and the gas turbine, a fuel system disposed for supplying a fuel to the gas turbine combustor, and a heat exchange section for heating the fuel from the fuel by means of a high pressure air as a heating medium fed from the air compressor.

Gas turbine plant with fuel heating and turbine cooling features

A gas turbine blade is provided with a hollow blade effective section and a blade implanted section operatively connected to the blade effective section and the gas turbine blade is formed with: a leading edge passage for guiding a cooling medium from a supply passage of the blade implanted section on a blade leading edge side of the hollow blade effective section; leading edge intermediate passages following the leading edge passage; and a trailing edge passage for guiding the cooling medium from a supply passage of a blade implanted section on a blade trailing edge side of the hollow blade effective section. The leading edge passage being provided with a heat transfer accelerating element which is arranged in a right ascendant state inclined to an advancing flow direction of the cooling medium when supplying the cooling medium from the blade implanted section to a blade tip section side or left (leading edge side) ascendant state from the blade tip section to the blade implanted section. The trailing edge passage being provided with a heat transfer accelerating element which is arranged in a left (trailing edge counter side) ascendant state inclined to the advancing flow direction of the cooling medium when supplying the cooling medium from the blade implanted section to a blade tip section side.

Gas turbine blade

Structure with elements includes a main body of the element used in gas stream and a plurality of fluid passage. Each outlet of the fluid passage is opened on surface of the main body. Coolant fluid flows from each outlet through the passage to cover the surface as a film-like fluid. The plurality of fluid passages include first fluid passages and second fluid passages. The coolant fluid flows from the outlet of the first fluid passage along the direction of the gas stream on the surface. On the other hand, the coolant fluid also flows from the outlet of the second fluid passage toward the gas stream neighbored on each outlet of the first fluid passage.

Cooling system for a main body used in a gas stream

A combined cycle power plant comprises a gas turbine system and a steam cycle system having a steam turbine to be driven by the steam generated by the waste heat of the exhaust gas of the gas turbine system, wherein the steam from the steam cycle system flows through a gas turbine cooling system of the gas turbine to cool the gas turbine blades and other elements of the gas turbine system to be cooled and the waste heat of the gas turbine system is effectively collected. The gas turbine cooling system has two or more than two cooling ducts formed in two or more than two elements of the gas turbine system to be cooled such as the gas turbine blades and the combustor of the gas turbine system so that steam is made to flow through the cooling ducts of these two or more than two elements to be cooled to effectively and maximally exploit the cooling potential and the waste heat collecting potential of the steam and hence improve the overall thermal efficiency of the plant.
