The problem of the present invention is to provide a composition for enhancing transdermal absorption of a drug, which shows a sufficiently high enhancing effect on transdermal absorption of a drug, particularly, a composition for enhancing transdermal absorption of a drug, which shows a sufficiently high enhancing effect on transdermal absorption of an acidic drug. A composition for enhancing transdermal absorption of a drug, comprising an unsaturated higher alcohol having 12-20 carbon atoms and a polyvalent alcohol having 3-8 carbon atoms. A composition for enhancing transdermal absorption of a drug, comprising an unsaturated higher alcohol having 12-20 carbon atoms, a polyvalent alcohol having 3-8 carbon atoms and an organic amine having 2-9 carbon atoms.

Composition for enhancing transdermal absorption of a drug and patch preparation

The problem of the present invention is to provide a composition for enhancing transdermal absorption of a drug, which shows a sufficiently high enhancing effect on transdermal absorption of an acidic drug. A composition for enhancing transdermal absorption of an acidic drug, comprising a polyvalent alcohol having 3-8 carbon atoms, a higher alcohol having 12-20 carbon atoms and an organic amine having 2-9 carbon atoms.

The present invention provides to a patch and a patch preparation having low stretchability, which can be continuously adhered to the skin for a long time without undesirable detachment and marked falling off from the skin due to various factors during adhesion, and specifically provides a low stretchable patch and a patch preparation containing a support and an adhesive layer formed on one surface of the support, wherein a ratio P of the total length W (mm) of curved sections of a planar outer shape of the patch to the total length S (mm) of straight-line sections of the planar outer shape of the patch (W/S) is not more than 1.22, and, when the curved sections are approximated by a circular arc, the radius R (mm) of the circular arc is not less than 0.5 mm.

Patch and patch preparation

The main object of the present invention is to provide a patch package structure capable of stably retaining the physiologically active ingredient in a patch during preservation of the patch. This object can be achieved by employing the following constitution. Patch package structure

The main object of the present invention is to provide a patch package structure including a patch containing a physiologically active ingredient and a package housing the patch, which is capable of stably retaining the physiologically active ingredient in the patch during preservation. This object can be achieved by employing the following constitution. To be specific, the present invention is a patch package structure including a patchhaving an adhesive layer containing an organic liquid component, and a packaging memberhousing the patch, wherein the packaging memberincludes a first package, the first packageincluding an acrylonitrile resin layer, a moisture-absorbing layerformed on the acrylonitrile resin layer, and a moisture impermeable layerformed on the moisture-absorbing layer, and the acrylonitrile resin layeris provided on the proximal side of the patch

The present invention provides an adhesive preparation superior in adhesion property, which does not peel off or fall off easily and which can be adhered for a long time. An adhesive preparationhas a supportmade of a cloth, and a pressure sensitive adhesive layerformed on one surface of the support, which contains a pressure sensitive adhesive and a drug. The ratio (CW/AW) of a mass (CW) per unit area of the supportand a mass (AW) per unit area of the pressure sensitive adhesive layeris 1.0-5.0, an adhesive layer-free surface of the supporthas a static friction coefficient of 0.25-0.75, and a 20% modulus (AM) in one direction of the adhesive preparationand a 20% modulus (EM) in the direction perpendicular to that direction are each 0.5-1.5 N/cm, and the ratio thereof (AM/EM) is 0.5-2.0.
