The organic solvent includes at least one selected from the group consisting of a halogen-group-containing compound and a hydrocarbon. The solid electrolyte material includes at least one selected from the group consisting of Zn, Sn, Al, Sc, Ga, Bi, Sb, Zr, Hf, Ti, Ta, Nb, W, Y, Gd, Tb, and Sm.
