A terminal apparatus includes an operation unit, a time clocking unit performing time clocking, a communication unit performing communication with an external apparatus, and a control unit. The control unit executes a time synchronization processing for clocked time synchronization with the external apparatus having a time clocking unit. The control unit also executes a time information acquisition processing to acquire clocked time information by the time clocking unit with a timing at which an operation is made on the operation unit.
