A liquid ejection head includes a plate including a nozzle for ejecting a liquid, a substrate, an actuator including a pressure chamber. The actuator includes an upper surface and a side surface connecting the upper surface to the substrate. The side surface is at an angle θ between 45 and 90 degrees. The head includes an electrode connected to the chamber. The electrode includes a first wiring on the side surface and a second wiring on the substrate within a first region thereof. The first region has a length A from a position of a line along which the upper and side surfaces meet, and the value of length A is B/tan θ', where B is a distance between the upper surface and the substrate and θ′ is (θ−45)×2.

Liquid ejection head

According to one embodiment, an ink jet head includes: a cover including an opening; a flexible cable extending from the opening toward an outside of the cover and having a rigidity lower than the cover; a protection member configured to have rigidity higher than the flexible cable, arranged between the flexible cable and the opening of the cover, and protruding toward an outside of the opening of the cover, while both end portions of an outer end edge of the opening are inclined or curved in a direction in which the flexible cable extends from the opening; and a sealing arranged in the opening in which the flexible cable and the protection member are arranged.

Ink jet head and ink jet recording device

A liquid discharge head includes a head, a liquid supply conduit, a liquid discharge conduit, a radiator, first and second wiring boards, and a heat conductive member. Liquid is supplied to the head for discharge through the liquid supply conduit. Liquid that passes through the head flows to the liquid discharge conduit. The radiator includes a flow path through which a coolant flows. The coolant is different from the liquid supplied to the head for discharge. The first wiring board is between the head and the radiator and has a connector connected to a wiring extending through an inner space of the radiator. The second wiring board is between the head main body and the first wiring board, and includes, thereon, a driving control element. The heat conductive member extends between the head and the radiator, and is in thermal contact with the radiator.
