A parameter setting change method for a system that performs multicast distribution from an information distribution apparatus to a plurality of mobile stations via a relay node is provided. In the method, a parameter adjustment setting apparatus analyzes a data reception state output from the plurality of mobile stations and calculates an information-distribution-apparatus setting-change parameter and a relay-node setting-change parameter for making the data reception state within a predetermined range. Then, when the information distribution apparatus can be set to the information-distribution-apparatus setting-change parameter, the relay node performs setting change to the relay-node setting-change parameter.

Embodiments herein properly determine relevance between persons. Embodiments herein provide a system for evaluating relevance between persons, including relevance detecting means for detecting directed relevance of a person as a target to another person based on a text in which evaluations or feelings of the other person by another person is expressed; storing means for storing the detected relevance; evaluating means for evaluating, with respect to a set of a first person and second person to be evaluated, relevance between the first person and the second person based on a plurality of relevances including the stored relevances and reaching the second person from the first person via at least one further person; and outputting means for outputting the relevance evaluated.

System for evaluating relevance between persons

A candidate synonym acquisition device acquires a set of candidate synonyms similar to an input word for each writer from data for each writer, and acquires a set of candidate synonyms similar to the input word from a collective data. A generated candidate synonym set is inputted to a candidate synonym determination device to evaluate the candidate synonyms of the collective data. In the evaluation, the status of 'absolute' is given to a word matching a word ranked first in the candidate synonyms for each writer and the status of 'negative' is given to words matching words ranked second and lower therein.
