An oil degradation meter and a method for evaluating oil degradation are provided, in which a user is enabled to arbitrarily set a degradation of oil/fat using an acid value (AV value) as an index, and capable of learning a replacement time of oil/fat easily with a stable reproducibility, even in a case where a condition such as a moisture amount in food (deep-fried food) is different. In a setup procedure, an acid value (AV) of unused oil/fat is set to 0, a dielectric constant (D) at that time is measured and recorded, a dielectric constant (D) of oil/fat at a replacement time under a specific oil/fat usage condition is measured, and it is recorded along with an acid value (AV) at that time, and in a measurement procedure, a dielectric constant (D) of the sample oil/fat is measured, and an acid value (AV) of said sample oil/fat is calculated based on the dielectric constants (D, D) and the acid value (AV) recorded in said setup procedure, according to a calculation formula of [AV=AV&#xd7;{(D&#x2212;D)/(D&#x2212;D)}].

Oil degradation meter and method for evaluating oil degradation

Provided is a circuit board device, wherein degrees of freedom are provided for a GND connecting position among plural printed boards, and noise shield and/or heat sink effects are provided. An electronic device provided with the circuit board device and a GND connecting method are also provided. Circuit board device () includes a pair of printed boards (), noise generating component () and/or heat generating component (), and metal plate (). Printed boards () include mounting surfaces and GND connecting terminals () arranged on the respective mounting surfaces, and the mounting surfaces are arranged to face each other. Noise generating component () and/or heat generating component () is mounted on the mounting surface of at least one of a pair of printed boards ().
