A developer replenishment container configured to be detachably attachable to a developer replenishment device and replenish via the developer replenishment device is disclosed. The developer replenishment container including: a developer replenishment portion with a replenishment port; a developer accommodation portion having accommodate a developer; and an annular seal member for sealing a gap between the developer replenishment portion and the developer accommodation portion. The developer accommodation portion has an annular abutment portion provided at an end portion on a developer replenishment portion side in a direction of an axis which is a rotation center of the developer accommodation portion and provided to be in contact with the seal member in the direction of the axis; and a projecting portion provided near the abutment portion and provided to project toward the developer replenishment portion further than the abutment portion in the direction of the axis.

Developer supply container and developer supplying system

There are provided a developer accommodating portion for accommodating the developer, a discharge portion formed with a discharge opening for discharging the developer accommodated in the developer accommodating portion, and an engaging portion. The engaging portionis engaged with an engaged portionwith a mounting operation of a developer supply containerto displace a developer receiving portionin an upward direction U so that the receiving opening communicates with the discharge opening. The engaging portionhas a holding portionwhich is provided rotatably about a rotation shaftand is provided with holding portionto be engaged with the engaged portionto hold the engaged portion. A developer supply container includes a developer accommodating portion accommodating developer, and a developer discharging portion in fluid communication with the developer accommodating portion. The developer accommodating portion is rotatable about a rotational axis and relative to the developer discharging portion, with the developer discharging portion being provided with a developer discharge opening at a bottommost side of the developer discharging portion and configured to permit discharging the developer to outside of the developer supply container. A lifter is linearly liftable relative to the developer discharging portion in a direction perpendicular to a horizontal plane that includes the rotational axis when the developer supply container is oriented with the developer discharge opening positioned at a bottom side of the developer discharging portion.

Provided is a developer replenishing container including: a developer containing part capable of containing a developer; a discharge port through which the developer contained in the developer containing part is discharged; a conveyance part conveying the developer in the developer containing part by rotating; and a displacement part displaceable in conjunction with rotation of the conveyance part in the developer in a vicinity of the discharge port, and including a moving member capable of reciprocating in conjunction with the rotation of the conveyance part and a biasing member which biases the moving member and which is expandable according to movement of the moving member.

Developer supply container

With a mounting operation of a supply container, a supported portionof a developer receiving portionis supported by a receipt supporting portionof a lifting portion. With further mounting operation, a shutter sliding portionof the lifting portionslides on a shutter inclined portionof a shutter. The developer receiving portionis displaced so as to bring a receiving opening into communication with a discharge opening by operating, using the shutter, the lifting portionsupporting the supported portionof the developer receiving portion. By this, a load required for movement of the developer receiving portionis reduced to achieve smooth mounting of the supply container.

A developer container includes a developer accommodating body, a discharge body including a developer discharge opening, and a rotatable member including a plurality of rotation portions arranged in a rotational direction of the rotatable member with a space therebetween. In addition, a storing portion stores a predetermined amount of the developer to be discharged and forms a communication path for fluid-communication between an inside of the discharge body and the discharge opening. A coil spring is provided in the communication path and contractable and expandable in a direction of the communication path, with the coil spring capable of being urged by the rotation portions while the rotatable member rotates.
