A data processor includes a reader for reading a bit stream stored in a storage if there is free space of 8 bits or more in a buffer and outputting to a first array changer, the first array changer for changing an array sequence of the 8 bits in reversed sequence for a PNG bit stream but does not change the array sequence for a JPEG bit stream, a second array changer for further changing the array sequence of the 8 bits to output in case of PNG but outputting as it is in case of JPEG when reading out fixed length data of 8 bits from the buffer to the second processor, and a first processor for reading bits of VLC by 10 bits each from the buffer.

A data development device includes an LZ77 development part expanding data by referring to a dictionary including previous development result when data same to previous data is output, a PNG inverse filter performing arithmetic operation on development result of the LZ77 development part and image data previously output and outputting the image data, and a shared memory including an internal dictionary area and a line data area, the internal dictionary area storing previous development result referred by the LZ77 development part and the line data area storing the image data which is previously output and used by the PNG inverse filter. The shared memory has capacity for the internal dictionary area and capacity for the line data area set based on analysis result analyzing input data.

A system having a machine having the function of reproducing an information recording medium, in which the system executes a program recorded on the recording medium by sending a machine actuating command signal to the machine by user actuation and by receiving signals from the machine. The system includes a main body portion of a machine, and a control unit for controlling the machine connected to the main body portion of the machine. The control unit has a housing, a plurality of control sections mounted on the housing actuated by the user with fingers, and a vibration motor mounted via a vibration motor mounting portion provided in the housing. The vibration motor includes a motor casing, a shaft rotatably supported by the motor casing, and an eccentric member mounted on the shaft. The eccentric member has a rotor and a plurality of coils mounted on the rotor which is mounted on the shaft. The vibration motor also includes a magnet mounted on the casing for facing the eccentric member, and a supplying member for supplying the driving current to each coil. The eccentric member is rotated when the driving current is supplied to each coil to cause vibrations of the vibration motor itself, with the vibrations being supplied via the housing to the user. This permits the vibrations to be felt by the user to make possible execution of the program excellent in simulated presence feeling.
