An easy open packaging pouch, including a packaging film, with a bonded peripheral edge section that has been formed by superimposing the packaging film such that two bonding layers are facing one another such that the peripheral edge of the packaging film is bonded. The package is designed to tear open from a notch formed in the peripheral edge, and a content is placed such that a tear starting from the starting point will intersect the content during opening. Opening includes tearing along a tear line that advances diagonally, with respect to the content, from the notch. Once the tear reaches the content, the tear diverges in two directions; one continuing in a substantially unchanged direction, and the other inflecting along the content. Opening will expose an end portion of the content.

Easy-open packaging pouch and method for opening same

Electrodes (A, B) are provided in at least one of plate-like members corresponding to an inner side direction of supply path from an opening of supply path. Electrode (C) of a biological sample is provided in the inner side direction from electrodes (A, B) Reagent part is provided so as to cover electrodes (A, B) and electrode (C). Inflow restricting hole of a sample liquid is provided in at least one of plate-like members corresponding to the portions on both sides of supply path closer to the opening side than the electrode.

Biosensor and measuring device using same

This sensor has a diverter, such as a convex portion () and a concave portion (), on the side wall () of a cavity (). A biological sample deposited in a suction opening () is drawn into the cavity () by capillary action, but if the amount of biological sample is too small, either the biological sample is prevented from moving forward by the convex portion () and the concave portion (), or the time it takes to reach a detecting electrode () is increased, which provides the user enough time to supply additional biological sample before a false detection occurs.

Sensor and sensor system equipped with same

A biosensor can supply a sample solution accurately and easily, and includes a capillary for collecting a sample solution and analyzes a specific substance in the sample solution, an air hole, and at least two supply ports, i.e., a sample supply port and an auxiliary sample supply port, so that supply of the sample solution can be performed from either of the supply ports. Even when the sample supply port is closed up with a fingertip or the like and supply of the sample solution is stopped, the sample solution can be quickly supplied from the other auxiliary sample supply port.

There is provided a biosensor in which a spacerhaving a cutout portion is bonded between at least first supportand a second supportto form a specimen supply paththrough which a supplied specimen is sucked into a space between the supportsand, a reagent that reacts with a component in the specimen is placed in the specimen supply path, and an air holefor promoting suction of the specimen is formed in the second support; wherein the air holeis shaped such that a diameter y of an openingat one surface of the second supportwhich faces the specimen supply pathis larger than a diameter x of an openingat the other surface of the second support, and projecting partsandare formed at the peripheries of the openingsand, respectively. Thereby, a sufficient amount of specimen can be sucked regardless of the viscosity of the specimen supplied to the biosensor, and further, the specimen is prevented from flowing over the air hole
