A fastener stringer has a fastener tape provided with a tape main body portion and an element attaching portion and a plurality of fastener elements fixed by weaving to the element attaching portion of the fastener tape at the same time of weaving of the fastener tape, and is provided with a weaving structure with one pitch per one-rotation. A weft yarn of the fastener tape has a fineness larger than that of at least a part of a warp yarns disposed in the tape main body portion. Thereby, the productivity of the fastener stringer can be increased to reduce the cost. Further, the density of the weft yarn in the fastener tape can be increased, and the fastener tape can be less likely to be misaligned.

Fastener stringer

In a woven fastener stringer, a weft thread is folded back while interlacing with a upper direction converting portion configured by an upper fixing warp thread and a lower direction converting portion configured by a lower fixing warp thread on a side close to engaging head portions of fastener elements. An upper extension portion configured by the upper fixing warp thread is placed in adjacent to a tape main body side of the upper direction converting portion. A lower extension portion configured by the lower fixing warp thread is placed in adjacent to the tape main body side of the lower direction converting portion. According to this, when a slide fastener is used in an inside out manner, it is possible to make it difficult to see the coupled fastener elements.

Woven fastener stringer and slide fastener

The invention provides a fastener stringer for a concealed type slide fastener, wherein the fastener stringer comprises: a fastener tape having a tape main body portion and an element attaching portion; and fastener element row, a side edge of the tape main body portion being folded back into a U shape and a coupling head of the fastener element row being projected outward, the element attaching portion being provided with plural upper and lower fixing warp yarns running on upper and lower leg portions of an element and plural tightening warp yarns running to stride over the leg portions alternately while intersecting one another between the leg portions, a total fineness of the lower fixing warp yarns on a coupling head side with respect to the tightening warp yarns is higher than that of the upper fixing warp yarns on the same side with respect to the tightening warp yarns.

Fastener stringer of concealed type slide fastener

A woven slide fastener in which displacements of element anchoring warps in a width direction of a fastener tape does not occur, flexibility of the fastener and smooth operation of a slider are ensured, and anchoring of a fastener element row is stable. Two anchoring warps disposed closest to coupling heads out of a plurality of element anchoring warps running over upper leg portions of the fastener element row run with and parallel to a double-picked foundation weft running under lower leg portions of adjacent elements and are woven in a width direction of a fastener tape body portion while interlacing with other element anchoring warps and foundation warps. Therefore, the element row can be anchored firmly, and the two anchoring warps do not fall off the elements, and other element anchoring warps also do not fall off of the elements.
