A conductor wire insulating film separating method disclosed includes: a preparing step involving preparing rectangular cross-section coil pieces each of which is a conductor wire coated with insulating film and used to provide a stator coil of rotary electric machine; a delivering-in step involving, after the preparing step, delivering coil pieces into a laser separator, with coil pieces aligned such that extremities thereof are adjacent to each other; an applying step involving, after the delivering-in step, continuously applying film removing laser to the extremities of the aligned coil pieces such that the laser is applied to one extremity and then to another extremity, thus removing at least portions of the insulating film from the extremities of the coil pieces; and a delivering-out step involving delivering the coil pieces, from which the at least portions of the insulating film have been removed by the applying step, out of the laser separator.

Conductor wire insulating film separating method

An insulation film peeling method which radiates laser light onto a front end portion of an insulation film-coated conducting wire including a conducting wire and an insulation film in a longitudinal direction, and which peels a part of the insulation film up to a peeling boundary of a predetermined regulated peeling length, includes performing a rectilinear scan of a first region, in which a radiation position of the laser light moves from one side toward the other side and then moves from the other side toward the one side upon reaching the other side, and performing a unidirectional scan of a second region, in which the radiation of the laser light is performed from one side toward the other side and then the radiation position returns to the one side in a state in which the radiation of the laser light stops upon reaching the other side.

Insulation film peeling method

A power converter includes: a plurality of power modules that houses semiconductor elements for electric power conversion; a pair of holding plates sandwiching a stacked body of the plurality of power modules in the first direction; a pair of connecting beams that connects the pair of holding plates respectively on both side ends of the stacked body in the second direction intersecting the first direction; and a substrate connected to control terminals of the power modules. Provided is a vehicle control apparatus that can improve a gasoline mileage without imparting the sense of discomfort to a driver. A mobile object position estimation apparatus mounted in a mobile object includes a first estimation mechanism for estimating the mobile object position based on the outputs from an inertial navigation sensor device (acceleration sensor, and yaw rate sensor, or the like) mounted on the mobile object, a storage for storing map information including at least node information, a second estimation mechanism for estimating the mobile object position based on a predicted path of traveling of the mobile object predicted from the node information, and a synthesis mechanism for determining the final estimated mobile object position by synthesizing the mobile object position estimated by the first estimation mechanism and the mobile object position estimated by the second estimation mechanism.

Device for measuring a position of a mobile station

In a mobile-unit positioning device, phases of pseudo noise codes carried on satellite signals from satellites are observed at a mobile unit to measure a position of the mobile unit. A pseudo distance between one of the satellites and the mobile unit is measured for every satellite during a stop of the mobile unit using an observed value of the phase acquired during a stop of the mobile unit. An error index value indicating an error of the measured distance is computed based on the distances measured at points in time during a stop of the mobile unit. A weighting factor is determined based on the index value computed for every satellite. A weighted positioning computation using the determined weighting factor is performed to determine a position of the mobile unit during movement using an observed value of the phase acquired during movement.

Mobile unit positioning device

A positioning systemincludes a positioning unitconfigured to perform position estimation based on radio signals from artificial satellites and an autonomous navigation unitconfigured to perform position estimation by autonomous navigation. Positioning system, positioning method and car navigation system

A control apparatus for a vehicle-mounted fuel cell power generation system in accordance with the invention predicts a possibility of collision of a vehicle. If determining that the possibility of collision is high (YES at S), the control apparatus stops the fuel cell power generation system. By stopping the power generation before a collision occurs, the safety of the fuel cell power generation system can be improved. If after the system stops, a collision does not occur (NO at S), the system is restarted. If a collision occurs (YES at S), high-voltage relays are switched off to stop the supply of electric power from an electricity storage to various loads of the vehicle.
