A stator provided with annular split stator cores, formed by stacking steel plates. Each plate includes a yoke and a stator tooth. The cores include a yoke portion a stator tooth portion. The stator is manufactured by arranging an electromagnetic steel plate between a first die and a second die. The first die has a hole shaped as a steel plate. The second die has a projection inserted into the hole and shaped as a steel plate. The steel plates are formed by the first and the second dies. In a gap between an inner surface of the first die that defines the hole and an outer surface of the projection, a gap at a part that forms the stator tooth portion is larger than a gap at a part that defines a circumferential end surface of the yoke portion located in a circumferential direction of the stator core.

Method of manufacturing a stator

A load controller includes: an input circuit which detects that a drive instruction signal is less or equal to a first input threshold value; a constant current source activated in accordance with a detection by the input circuit; a PWM signal generating unit that is activated by the constant current source and generates a PWM signal; a comparator that is activated by the constant current source and compares the drive instruction signal with a second input threshold value set to be lower than the first input threshold value; a logic calculation unit that carries out a logic calculation of the PWM signal with a compared result of the comparator; a drive control unit that operates in accordance with an output from the logic calculation unit to generate a PWM drive control signal; and a load driving element that is driven by the PWM drive control signal to control a load.

Load controller to pulse width modulation-control a load

Heat discharging property of the stator coil end is improved effectively in a rotating electric machine. A motor as the rotating electric machine includes a stator and a rotor. The stator includes a stator core and resin mold coil ends provided on both axial ends thereof. Column-shaped projections projecting in the axial direction are provided on axial side surfaces of resin mold coil ends at a plurality of positions. Cooling oil supplied from above the resin mold coil ends effectively cools the resin mold coil ends.

Rotating electric machine and cooling system for the rotating electric machine

A load controller includes: a first input circuit which detects that a drive instruction signal by an operation of a drive instructing unit is less or equal to a first input threshold value; a first constant current source activated in accordance with the detection; a PWM signal supply unit that is activated by the first constant current source and supplies a PWM signal having a prescribed frequency and a duty ratio; a constant control signal supply unit that supplies a constant control signal during failure of the first input circuit or the first constant current source; a drive control unit that generates a PWM drive control signal in accordance with the PWM signal and generates a constant drive control signal in accordance with the constant control signal; and a load driving element that is controlled by the PWM drive or constant drive control signal to drive a load.

Load controller

First and second connection mechanisms electrically connect power cables extending in the same direction to first and second electric motor neighboring to each other in the extending direction of the power cables, respectively. The first connection mechanism of the first electric motor is arranged in a radially outer portion, and the second connection mechanism of the second electric motor is arranged in a space between the electric motors. Since both the connection mechanisms are located on the opposite sides of a joint surface between the first and second casings accommodating the first and second motors, respectively, the first and second connection mechanisms can be components on the first and second casing sides, respectively. This structure can prevent increase in size in a rotation axis direction, and can improve assembly workability for the motors.

Motor module

A powdery particle conveying system is provided in which electric power consumption can be saved when powdery particles are conveyed by use of a roots blower. In the case where the powdery particles are conveyed to a reservoir tank near the roots blower, the frequency of a power source of a roots blower driving motor is reduced, thereby reducing an output of the roots blower. In contrast, in the case where the powdery particles are conveyed to a remote reservoir tank, a voltage of a commercial frequency is applied to the motor.
